Needed a car for transporting people with disabilities, cancer and aged care work. Got a great Holden at a fair price. ....or so I thought. I said NO to the extended warranty... but they ignored me and drew up the contract with the extended warranty included. 17% interest on my finance deal. ( couldve done better privately) Also made me take income insurance. They also then deliberately changed the repayment dates, so it didnt match up with my pay dates. Lucky I saw this before my first repayment, or it would have defaulted. No apology was given when I questioned their reasons for doing this. Extended warranty customers get charged $200+ for servicing. ($169 for anyone else) Discount booklet deals all expired before I even got close to using them. My first service, I got my car back, mechanically all good, but the drivers seat siding where the adjuster was, had been broken... again, no apologies. Nobody even owned up to it. Just telling you of my experiences with them, so hopefully nobody else gets slugged like I was. Needless to say, the 100+ fleet of disability support workers I work with, have been advised to be VERY CAREFUL when dealing with them, especially The finance people. CAVEOT EMPTOR! BUYER BEWARE!!!!.
I just want to say a huge thank you to Scott from the Joondalup Drive (Perth North) branch for their service. I bought a 2 year old Kluger recently and the car navigation was not working at all with Toyota Link application. The navigation required a smart phone app where you send a destination to the car. The car console could received it (inconveniently requiring a Bluetooth disconnect and reconnect) but the car never offered the onscreen "Navigate" button. Scott took care of this without any fuss or push back, beyond my expectations. Instead of simply arranging a software/firmware update for the in-car console, he arranged a complete console upgrade free of charge and this not only meant that the phone was no longer required, but it also introduced an SD card for the data, which can be easily updated anytime. We tested it and found it to work really well without hassle of using a phone. We are very happy with it and the customer care. Also thank Robin (Financing side) for his professional and courteous service, without any hard pushing of the optional extras. Lastly, Pesha who arranged several test drives very willingly. Thank you all (and for the extra car clean)!
Called them to arrange to view and test drive a 2013 hyundai i20. The first person I spoke to asked, "Do you intended on buying the vehicle?" I replied "Thats the plan". She transferred my call to the Sales Team, the man on the other end was clearly distracted by something or was not interested in listening to what I had to say. I asked if I could come and inspect the car and take it for a test drive. He pretended that he couldnt hear me, interrupted me constantly and said that I couldnt test drive the car but that I could come and have a look at it. If I decided to buy THEN I could drive it. Sorry, but most people want to drive a car before they commit to purchasing it. Poor customer service. Rude and uninterested in making a sale. Would not recommend anyone go here unless they enjoy being disrespected. Ended up buying a Kia from a dealership in Bentley instead. They let me look at the vehicle and actually DRIVE it before asking me if I wanted to buy it. I decided the car was suitable, so I bought it.

Well we traded in my Alto for a VE SV6 Ute and I got twice as much plus a bit more for my trade in then I was offered at Suzuki Wangara. Only two things needed to be done a air freshener run through the air con, and the cruise control wasnt working. They had it for two days to fix these issues, picked it up and it wasnt working nor had the air freshener been put through. Dave the salesman didnt know why, and got us to bring it in the next day where the Manager Adrian assured us it would get fixed ASAP, and gave us a loan car to tide us over. It turned out the previous owner changed the stereo in it and earthed the cruise control to the radio, so it was a major fix taking of the console etc. But it got fixed on that day and drives beautifully, Dave, Brogan, Adrian and Robin were all extremely professional and most helpful. We would have no hesitation in purchasing another vehicle from there when the time comes, everything was explained and went smoothly despite the initial hiccup.
I went here looking for a work car after my friend told me about easyauto123 and how easy they actually make the purchase of a car. Firstly the show room is awesome its huge, heaps of space and there are plenty of cars to choose from. The staff were absolutly excellent, you can roam around browsing at the cars without being harrassed and if you need assistance with information about the car or would like to take it for a test drive they are more then happy to help and they dont badger you with phone calls, like other car dealerships i have been to in the past. The great thing about easyauto123, is the prices on the cars are basically set prices which makes buying process that much simpler. We also got a great trade in price for our old work car. If you go there i recommend you go see omar, he was very knowledgable and knew his information about all the cars that i looked at and was very happy to help me with what ever inquireries i had.
Typical thieves. - As another reviewer has noted. Tried to push the if you test drive it you have to buy it line. - Tried to undercut my trade in by half of the Redbook value. - Tried multiple times to get me to buy into their warranty plan. The car still had 3 years warranty left. Then they lost the maintenance log book. Convenient. They made little effort to find it. - Helped themselves to a $770 finders fee on finance. Did not at any time disclose this until questioned where the extra money on my finance came from. + One upside is the maintenance department were vigilant in fixing after sales warranty issues. The only plus. EDIT: In response to the Owners feedback. Your staff had more than ample chances to undo the faults above. Nothing was done then, and I dont believe youll do anything sincere now. Interesting how your interested in helping only after a public bad review.
Good experience so far. Campbell was very helpful and non pushy from a sales point of view. If I asked a mechanical or model specific question he didnt try to answer with nonsense, he grabbed the mechanic or technical bloke every time. Bought a beautiful car from him and he made sure i was happy. Found 1 mechanical fault with the car and they sorted it to my satisfaction. Didnt have a second remote key, they got me a 700 dollar replacement at their cost. Didnt have mats, they sourced genuine mats specifically for my model. Sherice made the contractual side of things extremely easy with her communication and flexibility. I am obliged by the warranty to service with them every 6 months and I am happy to do so. Good experience all round and I shall post another review after servicing. Cheers Adrian and Beth - Kluger Grande
When I first arrived, I was simply "kicking tyres" the yard manager Scott approached me and led me from the sold section out to look at the BMW X5s that he had in stock and in particular, the one that he was currently driving. Scotts charismatic and honest approach resulted me in buying the car and I couldnt be happier with my choice. Scott didnt just leave me floundering once the offer to purchase was completed, he followed the sale through the whole process to delivery. I have spent the last 30 or so years running big businesses that relied on the delivery of exceptional customer service and I can say with confidence, that whoever hired Scott into the position, made a terrific choice.
