I bought a car in March and have had trouble with it since I got it. I have taking the car to this dealer on several occasions to advise them of the car problems I have discovered and nothing was done. They dragged it out until the warranty ran out with them. Last week the car broke down I had to get it towed to a mechanic informed by my national warranty company. They discovered there was a serious problem with the gear box. Since last week I have been waiting for seaview ford to tow my car to a ford dealer in Osborne park advised by them. Phone calls was not returned today. I am so disappointed and disgusted how they could sell me a car with problems. I thought car dealers are suppose to sell cars in good condition. I am so upset by the way I have been treated.! If u dont hear from anyone tomorrow I am going to consumer affairs. Everyone check the car yourself before buying a car from seaview ford. Today is 14/6/17 Osborne park finally received my car only to tell me so far there is a bent axle - there is no way in hell I am responsible for that damage, I have only had the car since March. 15/6/17 - Seaview Ford are not taking any responsibility for the damage of course. Ive hardly driven the car because of the car problems. Ive Reported to consumer affairs. How could they do this to me. How is a woman driving the car going to bend an axle. Do not buy a car from these people.

I dropped my wife at the day spa on a Friday morning and thought Ill check out the new Ranger as I was in the market for a new ute. Having waited for more than three years for Toyota to release the new Hilux only to be disappointed with a 2.8l diesel, the time was right to divorce my toyota habbit. When i arrived at Seaview I was met by the General Manager (who basically assisted withe entire deal) and immediately things started rolling. My choice was a white XLS Ranger, auto with tech pack, dual cab and it had to have a taurney cover. Now I have a habbit of impulsive buying and I knew should I like this Ranger and seaview be able to give me a car on the day, Ill buy it. It turned out that they just sold the only one that met my criteria and this was where they arranged for another car to be delivered for the customer and they gave me that one. On the monday i had to leave for work in the Pilbarra and I really wanted to go with a new car. They did not just made the deal happen, but they also fitted the taurney cover at the same time. I drove out 4 hours later withe a brand new Ranger. SEAVIEW FORD, please keep up this service whenever i return or may buy another car as it was a great experience!! Well done!
Frauds. I traded in an R35 GTR with a defective transmission (broken shift fork and "ticking time bomb" as stated by Northside Nissan on an official service report) and disclosed the transmission defects and that I had used the launch control over 60 times. Official documents from Northside Nissan in my possession state, "strongly recommend full transmission replacement." They had it for sale the next morning at marked price and advertised with the statements, "launch control never used," "100 point mechanical safety inspection" - which they admitted could not detect the transmission fault as youd need to open it up. I later obtained documents from Northside Nissan specifically prepared for Seaview Ford stating "no problems with the transmission were detected" dated the day I gave them possession of the car to inspect (both are part of the AHG group car delaerships). The transmission was not fixed or replaced. Stay away from these guys. Absolute frauds on so many levels! Someone could have died if that transmission locked up on the road.
We had a wonderful and pleasant time with Bevan in Seaview Ford Clarkson and he made us feel comfortable immediately, he made it a smooth and an easy transition from test driving to finding the right vehicle, to getting an evaluation on our vehicle that we were trading in. He went above and beyond in customer service. We always have a view of car sales guys as pushy, abrupt and trying to close a sale and not care on what we want. Bevan was the complete opposite and he was relaxed listened to what we needed and what we wanted to use the truck for and he found us the most perfect vehicle. The customer service that Bevan provided and the ongoing support during the transition was 11/10. I would definitely return to Seaview Ford Clarkson in the future as the customer service was beyond any service we have recieved anywhere. Again we would like to thank Bevan for the outstanding customer service he has given us throughout our time in the dealership.
Great Service from day 1 when i brought the fiesta sport for my mum, John was a great help in showing mum the car and all the features before we purchased the car and even after we purchased the car John helped mum with the new features of the car even pairing her phone, Derek was also a great help with all the paperwork that needed to be done for the lease , even Adrian in the service department is great anything that they recommend they call before going ahead with the job, even if i need a loan car theres no problem , the atmosphere in the dealership is great , even if your walking around everyone will ask if you need a hand. cant wait to buy my next car for mum from Seaview Ford , theres even a vending machine in the showroom so if you need a snack while waiting for service or sales you can get a drink and something to eat. After the service the car is even cleaned and vacuumed. Thank You for you great service and help Seaview Ford
Bought a falcon xr6 sprint form Seaview. At first just thought was typical car sales. And they did provide an execptional buying experience. Took the car for its first service today and was amazed. Couple of small issues with the car and they were more than helpfu to get anything resolved. The whole team Id dealt with in buying the car came out to look, say gday and resolve the Minor problems. Cant extend my thanks enough to John in sales, Katie in after sales, Tim in service and I apologise if Ive left anyone out who was involved with the purchase , after sales and service. By far the best dealership Ive had the experience of dealing with. Again thanks to all involved. Highly recommended
