Very dishonest salesman and worst buying experience ever! I feel like I was bullied into buying a car that I cant even use . I wanted a 7 seater and I made it clear that I need to be able to fit 6 passengers in. Salesman showed me the car and demonstrated how to fit 7 persons in, then took me to his desk, recorded my details, gave me a price to buy my old car, got me to sign and gave me a copy of the paper work. I stood up and told the salesman Thank you! I have to go now to pick up my kid at school as I told you before, and Ill be back tomorrow with my wife to try the car and finalize the paper works He then told me that I already bought the car and signed the sales contract!!?? And then came the sales manager, telling me that " its too late! Youve already signed! We cant cancel , you bought a new car & your car is ours, and the deal is off only if your finance does not go through" I went through with the deal, and at the end the salesman announced to me that Ill be able to pick up the car in one week!!! And the worst thing is, 7 people doesnt fit in the outlander (unless kids) and I cant use the car for the purpose I bought it for!!!
Just had another great buying experience from Rockingham Mitsubish purchasing my new Mitsubishi ASX XLS. Many thanks to Grenville Marklew (the assistant sales manager) for his great help over the entire process, I was very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge and helpful approach addressing all my concerns and questions. Just finished up at Rockingham Mitsubishi, had a lack of power problem in my triton, Was quoted an hour to check the problem, They found it and fixed it in that hour, super happy with the service i received from the guy at the service desk knew my name as i walked in to drop of the car as well as took me out to show me what work was done. Great Work thanks Mitsubishi.
very disappointed in the customer service. Put add on gumtree. They put outlander and in comment it says 7 seat but was only 5 seat. I came to know that after I and my friend drive 70 km from Ellenbrook. When I talk to manager he said sorry and said everyone make mistakes.

Horrible. Worst experience ever. Dont buy a car from them they lie. Once you sign the paper work the kindness disappears. The service centre is the worst. I gave them 3 chances. No more....
