I bought a second hand Mitsubishi Triton from Shaun @ Rockingham Hyundai and as id had plenty of previous experience with car dealers, had low expectations. Shaun however proved to be operating by different standards. At all times he was professional, calm and patient explaining everything that i required, even if some of my questions may have been deemed dumb. The follow through was good after the transaction took place and upon pick up, the car was well detailed and theyd put 2 new tyres on (even though i bought it knowing the tyres were a bit worn) so that was a bit of a surprise. Running a business myself, it was clear that the dealership has put in place many processes to ensure everything gets taken into account and the client leaves feeling they are aware of everything that they need to for peace of mind. In a world where were all quick to criticise bad service (and lets face it, we should) i thought it best to highlight the great experience i had with this dealership. Where to start ... Rockingham Hyundai are the best dealers around and I would recommend them to anyone looking at buying a new or used car. From the moment I walked in to the yard looking for a car, the salesman mike was friendly and willing to help me find what I was after. He wasnt pushy and annoying like your typical car salesman. I ended up purchasing a used car. The whole process from looking to buying was the best experience Ive had when buying a used car. I also cannot thank dave enough for making my experience even better. Big thumbs up to all of the staff, all very welcoming and friendly ! I wouldnt have a problem recommending them to anyone, if youre looking for another car Id suggest you go here before anywhere else.
Shocking!!! Awful service. Called at 3.30pm to confirm my car would be ready at 4pm as agreed when it was booked in as I have to collect my daughter from daycare. I was told no problem it was almost done and would be ready in 20 minutes. After arranging a lift to Hyundai - half an hour later we arrive to collect my car. It was still in pieces!!!?! I now have to wait 2 days until they can finish it as the mechanic had gone home. Nightmare running around to organise a car seat to then collect my daughter! Well see what they say today... Needless to say I wont be using them again.
My husband and I were in the market for a new car and although we did not purchase a Hyundai (it was a very close call) I feel compelled to leave a review highlighting how fantastic the staff here are. Dom was fantastic and a genuine person to deal with, he knew his products very well and was very in tune to what we as a customer wanted. Thank you for a great experience and I would absolutely recommend your store and staff for anyone interested in purchasing a car.
Dom from Rockingham Hyundai was exceptional. We purchased the car over the phone and got exactly what we were after. Dom was so easy to deal with and delivered the most amazing touch when we went to pick up our Brand New Hyundai Sante Fe Elite. I wont spoil it as you could be the next person. Unfortunately Rockingham Hyundai sold me a second hand car that not only broke down after the first drive back home, but was not even as described on the contract. I bought a AWD (as per the contract) but the car was a 2WD - I only discovered this after the car had broken down. But Rockingham Hyundai did immediately refund my money. Completely dishonest at worst or totally incompetent at best. AVOID!!!!!

I came in a about 2 weeks ago and got a used car. I have to say the team there have been amazing. I had things i wanted done with the car and everything i have asked for they have made happen. Shaun, Kate & Mikala did a great job helping me get a car. I would have no issues in telling people to get a car from them (infact i already have) and i will be back there for my next car. Just bought a used car from rockingham Hyundai and the service was amazing. Communication was excellent was informed of everything they organised finance quite easy. Pat is a great salesman very friendly and cheerful and mikala worked out all our finance and kept me well informed about the process. Well done To the manager for having great staff. Highly recommend Beth at Hyundai Rockingham. Most excellent customer service, not pushy and straight forward. Very pleasant to deal with and overall the best sales woman I have ever dealt with. When I buy again or if any of my friends are buying a car I would without a doubt recommend Beth. Thank you once again Beth for all of your help.
I recently purchased a vehicle, the sales man (Timothy) was very helpful and not pushy. And the Aftercare Consultant Kate McFee was fantastic- I she was genuine and very helpful. I had an issue regarding warranty and was concerned, but she rectified the situation like a true professional. Would definitely buy there again.
Unfortunately I am not able to select a lower star than 1. Agreeing with everybody else. Terrible service (except from Scott who was lovely), felt like I was being attacked on a phone call from manager (wanted to buy a car, not be made to cry). Will be warning all friends and family to stay away, not worth the hassle.
I have bought and serviced cars at Rockingham Hyundai for a couple of years now. Service gets better and better and staff are focussed on making sure you are 100% looked after in both sales and service departments. Have sent many friends and family here now and they all share similar experiences. Highly Recommend.
Terribly disappointing customer service. First collection date was lost completely so had to wait, second collection date was also forgotten about meaning the promised detailing of the car was carried out in an obvious hurry. It appears that once youve paid your money the customer service drops rapidly!
Sort by lowest and read. As per Molly. If you try to take your time and negotiate slowly, a rude bullying sales manager will ring and use his 25 years experience to falsely accuse you. Dealer Principal, dont bother with the usual reply post as I wont be ringing. This was my experience of your business.
