Very rude and arrogant sales experience!! I called in to see a ranger ute as i wanted to compare the quality and driveability between this model and a jeep grand cherokee diesel. I was greeted by a salesman called Gianni (who thought he was something special) and was asked when i was looking at buying. I said between now and end of financial year as the vehicle is for work. I was told that there was no point me taking one for a test drive and was really put off by this and his whole rude attitude so we left and went across the road to Jeep. We were greeted with a friendly, professional salesman who was more than welcome to let us inspect the vehicle but also take a long test drive and we havent looked back. I thought i would write this as i have bought 2 cars from this dealership since getting my license and i am a ford man but i am questioning this and how much longer we will be getting our cars serviced here. Very disappointed range ford...
1. Convenience: I have been without a car for over a week this screams INCONVENIENCE 2. Reliability: My car has left me stranded twice in 2 months due to hoses popping off. You would think disintegrated pipes would be looked at during paid services. 3. No Nasty Suprises: Well being lied to and told that your car is being worked on and parts have arrived. Then to hear nothing and when you call back hear a different story that no you are waiting on parts. Screams nasty surprises to me. 4. Free Loan Car: Maybe you should say on all your adds. If you want your promised free loan vehicle please make sure you organise your break down ONE week prior so we can assist you. This one really gets to me. You tell me to book my free loan car a week in advance and you cant predict breakdowns. Well maybe if you were honest enough to tell me my car would be in for over a week I would have booked it last Monday to have one in for this week.
Have never experienced such personal and friendly customer service from a car salesman. Congratulations to David Farrugia, you made my car buying experience such a happy and positive feeling by your non-pushy attitude and your knowledge of the vehicles I test drove. You took a keen interest in my needs and totally understood where I was coming from and going to - thats very important to the customer. The rest of Range Ford team whom I had the pleasure to meet, also greeted me as if I was a VIP. Thank you all for a pleasurable experience. I have no hesitation in recommending Range Ford, and in particular, David.

The service guy told me my new car warranty was void cuz I didnt want to service at Range Ford .. complete lie called Dept Commerce and they said that they were wrong ....and filed a complaint They will try every trick in book to use there expensive service centre ... It took a lot of time just to try and get them to look at a warranty issue and they made out it was because I didnt use there services it was total cohesion They have really upset me and wish I had bought my Ranger from Ford in Morley
Went there this morning after offering price over the email. Also confirm with sales person prior to visit that he has gone through my offer and he said we can do pricing after I like the car. Guess what ...when I went there....they started saying we didnt check your offer. No sorry or apology even by their management . They may be welcoming staff but have to check their offer prior to call someone in...very disappointed. So make sure you confirm your offer prior to visit them...

I was recently on a driving holiday throughout WA and needed to get my Ford Ranger serviced. I was very pleased with the level of personal service I received from Range Ford and the service consultant, Luke was very courteous indeed.
Great customer service in the service department by Luke, so much better than John Hughes and Autobahn who really screwed me around before I came to this place and will return to Range Ford in the future!
Service department are great! Always have the vehicle ready as close to the time they say as possible if not earlier. I wont be taking my cars anywhere else.

Serviced my ranger today great service... Had a loan car... Excess for loan car is $3000 outrages. Other than that Ill go there again.
