Really bad experience buying a car from here. I went here to find the value of my old car which i wanted to buy back, the sales rep did not tell me the value until I chose another car that I would like to buy..Once I said I would like to buy this car they got me to sign a paper and then told me the value of my old car. only turned out that the paper i signed was the purchase contract for the new car, that has no cooling off period. The car that was sold to me was at a much higher price than the market value of it and got a really poor value on my old car. I have no complaint against the company but so annoyed with this sales rep who tricked me into this expensive deal. He promised me the world before i signed the paper and did not keep with his word on delivery of he car. things like - fully filled fuel tank, all brand new tyres, all scratches touched up, etc All in all be really careful if you decide to buy from here, do not sign no paper what soever.
I recently bought a bike from them along with various accessories to get me back on the road. The service all round was excellent. One of the staff took me out for a run even after I had bought and paid for the machine, just so I could safely get a feel for it, having never ridden a cruiser before. Saturday I rode down to book a service and was told there was a space on the following Friday as they were fully booked up. I explained that I was taking a road trip on Friday hence the service. They cheerfully put aside some in-house work to book me in on Wednesday morning. Highly commendable service. A thoroughly knowledgeable, professional and approachable team. Thanks guys.
I give a 3 stars for the lady who was nice but it is a big joke about the price . Right my brake pedal switch stopper was broken so I went over there to get on. They didnt have it so they had to order it from Melbourne. They ask me $57 for it . Thanks god I checked before online how much I could get it. Guess the price ..... $3 yes $3 I repeat so how can they increase their price like that whaaaouuuuu incredible.
Bought from Prestige after reading the other reviews and visiting them and another two Honda dealers for comparison. The service was absolutely faultless, from my initial enquiry to picking up my new car. Every one of the staff I dealt with was knowledgeable, understanding, seemed genuinely happy to assist and above all they were courteous. I can honestly say it has been a pleasure doing business with Prestige.
Don’t trust these people. Service costs are complete bs. Every minor service for the Civic turns out to be over $1000. Took the car to independent and told we were completely ripped off every time that none of that stuff was needed to be changed and were over charged for everything. Beware they will take the car on the basis it will be a $150 service, then call you later on and say it will be $1000 every time.
Very professional servicing Dept they have. Nice waiting area too with Tv & coffee machine available. They also provide free wifi if needed. Also a nice place to buy Honda vehicles from here. No pressure or hassling from the Sales Rep.
Dont exist anymore. Moved to honda planet abit north... hade my cbr500 serviced there. Was fast. Proffetional. Good price. Plus they have a waiting area with TV sofa and coffee wich honestly i havent used as i was surrounded by bikes
Had a less than satisfactory service experience at Prestige Honda, but subsequently, and to their credit, they have acknowledged shortcomings and they will keep me as a customer.
Kylie was super helpful even though she was under the pump. Popped in on a Saturday morning to grab some service history stamps and invoices from past services. Thanks again!
