Overall I had an adequate buying experience from the second hand group here. Not a terrible experience, but certainly a learning one. The customer service is adequate, do not expect them to go out of their way to assist you. The second hand dealers are there to shift cars off the lot, and earn their commission. They have a coffee machine inside the new sales showroom where you will wait to talk to finance - but you need to make that coffee yourself. This is a family run company, so be aware that the second hand cars will often be driven by the staff - make sure the odometer numbers match as the paperwork may be several weeks old. Post sales - the emails and responses to calls will stop as soon as they have your money so be sure to cover EVERYTHING before you hand it over. They use a "promise sheet". This is a list you sign at change-over where they list EXACTLY what you discussed with them during negotiations. eg, I purchased a tint and paint protection package. I presumed the car would be cleaned as one of the owners had been using it to move his family around. Alas, it was not cleaned. The car wasnt filthy, but it wasnt in the best condition youd hope for. I neglected to stipulate I wanted the car cleaned, so it wasnt done. Be sure to check the online price listed for the car before you start negotiating - the car I bought was listed online for $14990, and the salesperson said he was doing me a great favour by selling me the car for this amount (he started this line at 15990). Good stuff: Good prices on some of the second hand vehicles, entertaining (if typically self-serving) salespeople, and the finance they offer is good quality - get the Toyota finance if you can as it is the best in the business.
After three dreadful experiences there, I will never return to DVG Morley. The customer service is abyssmal, and the whole experience was god-awful. I took my car there to repair an engine overheating issue. After four days of not hearing from them, they told me that they had to wait for the part to come from "Over East". When I got the car back a week and a half later, they told me that it had a faulty thermostat. HELLO; thermostats are available from Autopro, only 100 metres down the road; $12.95. We dont send our company vehicles there either. They never bothered to address any of the concerns we raised regarding the vehicles that they serviced for us; faulty clutch pedal, faulty brake lights, excessive fuel consumption. "Oh, were sorry, we service over 150 vehicle a day, we simply missed it". Yeah sure, they might look at 150 vehicles a day, but they definately dont fix much on them.
USELESS.......NEVER BUY A HYUNDAI I20 ESPECIALLY FROM THESE GUYS. My wife bought an i20 4 years ago and had nothing but trouble ever since brakes, seat belt, chewing tyres and keys and its only done 40k. Now the clutch has gone and they want $1500.00 to replace. When asked about warranty ( supposedly 5 years) they said it was my wifes driving style and not covered even though its only done 40k. Now my wife has been driving for 40 years and never had to replace a clutch in any car, our 15 year old lancer still has the original clutch from new. A quick check of the internet and there are pages and pages of complaints about excessive clutch wear, Hyundai forums, that Hyundai all blame on the drivers not their cars. Yet DVG know nothing about this and dont care anyway, their customer service is atrocious. Steer well clear of DVG and Hyundai i20 if you want customer service or a reliable car.
First time customer. Perhaps they have pulled up their socks, but my experience was delightful. I booked my 2012 Elantra in for a scheduled service a couple of weeks ago and found the staff to be prompt, informative, helpful and friendly. Like the vehicle itself, the service I received is actually quite difficult to criticise, The only item that missed was when I received a courtesy a day or two after in which I was promised a survey by email, but I never received it. Booking, I was concerned reading others experiences, combined with my own poor experiences with other manufacturers dealers, but I will happily book again in 6 months. Thank you MCH, the car is running very well.
I picked up my brand new i30 today from Tony and have had a great experience right from the beginning. My husband and I went to look at new cars and after driving the i30 decided to go ahead. The purchase went smoothly and I was kept informed along the way. The kids loved that the car was covered in a sheet that they got to pull off to reveal the car to them. Very happy to recommend Tony to anyone
If I could leave no stars I would. For such a large dealership their customer service so far has been atrocious. Departments dont seem to communicate with each other and now that I am wishing to terminate my contract my emails suddenly receive no response after being spoken to horribly on the phone. If I treated my clients the way I have been spoken to the last week I wouldnt have a job.
In the market for a new car. Was greeted by Aaron who wonderful! He answered our questions, asked us relevant questions to ensure we had thought about options. He did not push us towards anything, gave us time to look by ourselves. First visit to a car dealership that I have enjoyed!
Aaron Ha made the buying process very stress free. The deal was done in a matter of minutes and it was a no pressure, non pushy experience. Car was delivered within 10 working days (latest model i30 SR). Car dealers often get a bad wrap, but I cant fault these guys. Thanks again.

I went to purchase a new car and the manager was very arrogant I gav him a counter offer and he discarded it as a joke which was an insult thy should learn that thy are there on their seats if customers are there
Absolutely Rubbish. Thieves. Ordered parts. Cant cancel it. No you have to get it done now. NO NO NO U have to. Thats some of the phrases used. Lucky I didnt punch the guy.
Ive never had a Hyundai before but really enjoy driving it. Staff are friendly and helpful. I like having the fixed price service too.
