Appalled to find out now my son cant sell his ute because although he was told by Midway Ford (whom he bought it from in 2011) that it had one previous owner we now find that infact it was a repairable writeoff and had 7 previous owners according to a REVs check done by a prospective buyer. He never thought to do a REVs check on a dealer but apparently that is what you must do. He is now living in Queensland and needing to go overseas and is left with a lemon with Esanda Finance on it still. This was also a con, and at the time I took them to grief over it when I found out, as they told him it would be better than bank finance, which is a lie too. it is not just their service which is awful it is the lies their salesman tell and naive young people become their victims.
Purchased a Ranger 12 months back after having nothing but issues with my 2 Amaroks (off the road for approx 4.5 months within the first 2 years). Found the after sales care from VW a complete waste of time with no compensation for a commercial vehicle at all over that 4.5 month period - 6 different issues and call backs. Sure enough i seem to buy the lemons and the Ranger had electrical issues however the minute it was notified to Midway Ford they sent a loan vehicle to site, collected the Ranger, and returned it as soon as possible. 5 Stars to your sales and service team.
Our Toyota was out of warranty however our Toyota dealer let us buy the bulb from them and they installed for free. Meanwhile.... Midway Ford want you to pay for the $20 bulb plus labour to a grand total of $85. We did it ourselves in 5 minutes for free. Definitely wont be back here and puts us off buying a Ford again. Will probably stick to Toyota next purchase.

Walked in on the Wednesday just before Easter, spoke to Brad and Dalj about a car and finance. Picked up my new car the Wednesday after Easter and got an excellent trade in on my old vehicle. Had a fantastic experience from start to finish.
Sales person was quite pushy and didnt really listen to what we wanted as was too keen on upselling us way out of our budget. Luckily we went private and saved $10000 on our purchase and got twice what they offered for trade in.
