Overall average/poor experience. The purchasing/negotiation of buying a new car at the dealership was an overall reasonable experience. However.....while the experience leading up to the service was good, the point where the car got serviced was very poor. During my first 6 month service, things were put in writing, on paper, that i know for a fact were not completed.......I fed back that information via a customer survey form back to the dealer so that they would be aware for it to not happen next time and to other customers. I did mention i will be a returning customer in the survey and (unfortunately) did not receive a call back ever explaining as to why things were missed on the invoice yet were marked as completed/charged. 6 months later i return for my second service, only to find out when i received my vehicle back that the exact same scenario has happened AGAIN! Things that were simply NOT attempted/completed were put on the invoice as being completed. If it was stated that it was not done then that would be no problem. If things were put on the official invoice as being done, what validity is there in the invoice document that other things were done too?... Anyway, I submitted a customer feedback form explaining the situation (again) stating how disappointed i was, that i will not be returning and will be posting a review of my experience (which i got followed up on via phone call VERY quickly). To be fair, the service manager over the phone (who was very apologetic but also a pleasure to deal with) did offer to rectify the issue. While no damage was done to the vehicle, it is certainly very misleading information for customers that receive an official Toyota service invoice with the tasks/etc that were supposedly completed and would be unsure on how to check if things were, indeed, completed. The relationship between any automotive servicing department and a customer is one of trust. Whilst i have recently decided that I will not be returning (even with an offer for my next service to be free), I genuinely hope they will enforce this so that they ensure it does not happen to anyone and I recommend that customers exercise caution when having their cars serviced here.
I have purchased my last vehicle - a Hilux dual cab - from Kalamunda Toyota and was more then happy with both the sales process and the continued aftercare. I have the continued to have the Hilux serviced there and also my other car a Holden Berlina Sportswagon. Suffice to say that would not have occurred had I not been totally satisfied with my positive experiences with the dealership. When time comes to replace the Berlina I will certainly look to Kalamunda Toyota - A Toyota Rav sounds nice.
I had a test drive for a couple of cars. And liked one of the two that I wanted to buy with upfront payment but the manager (Jason) went too personal with his remarks on the car that I wanted to trade in. He said why were were there to buy car is because it is the cheapest in market and He even said us to the point which made us uncomfortable there and we decided to actually leave the place . Dont buy from toyota kalamunda. Sorry poor customer service to a genuine customer.
I have purchased 2 cars from Kalamunda Toyota in the past 4 months. Their customer service no pressure sales approach was fantastic. They never tried to sell me a car but simply took the time to understand my requirements and offer a range for me to choose from. Having purchased a Toyota, Ford and 2 Hyundai cars from dealerships all across the country previously, Kalamunda exceeded my expectations and stood apart from the rest. I could not recommend them highly enough.
"Prices are non-negotiable" - Statement from the manager says it all. Typical slimy dealership out to ripoff customers. Do yourself a favour and keep on driving past this place, this dealership is not worth visiting if you are after any sort of deal. Price on the used car was increased $5,000 on the same day after making an offer on it, without any counter offer and refusal to negotiate. Dodgy.
Relaxed and friendly environment, combined with fantastic customer service (many thanks to Chloe!) made for a very enjoyable buying experience with none of the usual high pressure tactics. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
Beautiful staff members. Answered all questions with a respectful manner and a smile also... quality of Toyota is Great never had an problem with Toyota or the staff. thank You Kalamunda Toyota :)

Customer service was bad. The new car sales representative Naomi need to know what customer service is before even start selling cars. Lost two new landcruiser prado (high end spec). Sales.
Son had breakdown service provided by dealership for car. What a joke, wouldnt come out after hours...lol. Not worth the paper its written on.
Worst customer service I have ever come across. The manager is so rude, uncultured. Not recommended for a visit also
Poor customer service, the salesman got emotional about the price although he would not tell me the price
Fantastic dealership, very happy with the Prado I purchased!! Will be back
Found the manager disrespectful when making an offer on a car.
