As this is my second car I have bought from Honda North I would like to say to all of the staff from the GM down to the car detailer a big ThankYou it has been a wonderful experience to deal with all of you it was a great feeling that all the staff made me feel that the sale of my car was just as important as the one to be in the future for other clients.You Guys and Gals where great.The delivery was first class I had a few option fitted to my car which made me a bit concerned I hoped no paint or panel damage would result from this the salesman Danny Yama assured me that he would make sure everything was perfect and true to his word he did when I picked up my car the presentation was absolutely amazing he said the detailer worked a little magic to make sure it was perfect since I was the first person to buy the first HRV in the dealership I said to Danny this detailer you have has done the best job I have seen my friends who have bought more expensive cars do not have there cars delivered to this standard I said to Danny you are extremely lucky to have such a worker in your company with this attention to detail my car had been polished to such a high standard the car was glowing as I viewed it from any angle I felt real proud to be behind the wheel of my new car I said to Danny I hope this detailer is treated well because this is the best presentation I have seen in quite awhile. To summarise my experience it was great will I buy another car you bet I will the whole staff in Honda North are like one big family great to busyness with. Thanks Honda North this is my second Honda and your service was just as good as the last time the only difference is we all got a bit older. Hehe
This was my experience with Honda North Perth. Although living in Melbourne, I enquired about the Audi A3 from car sales. I received an instant message from Honda North and was advised that a sales consultant will call me. Within hours, I received a call from Denis Zonic, Used Car Sales Consultant from Honda North. The good part of Denis was that he was really honest and transparent and whatever I requested for information, it was sent to me immediately. It took me almost two weeks to make a decision on my investment, as online buying is not safe. He was outstanding; no slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, in accommodating service. Trust me; Im a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. The car was delivered from Perth to Melbourne to my doorsteps in time. No hassles, just civil, relaxed negotiations. Denis went beyond when I had questions about records.etc.. Unbelievable! Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless. THANK YOU Denis for the great job Cheers
Very upsetting experience. I would strongly recommend any female buyer to take a male companion if this is the dealership you want to purchase from. I was interested in trading in my current vehicle and the dealer asked for my keys so they could get a thorough idea of the condition of my car. After a test drive and a conversation about whether a purchase was likely I asked the dealer to reveal the trade-in price and then to return my keys as I was ready to leave. He left to retrieve my keys twice and returned both times without my car keys and with some story about finding the guy who had them, meanwhile using that extra time to nudge me towards a sale. The keys were eventually returned by a different man, in charge of finance, who also tried to push me towards a sale even though I had clearly indicated I would like time to think about the purchase. Once I had my keys I was quickly shown the door. Deeply unpleasant. With doubt the dealership will not see a purchase from me.
I took my car in for a 100,00km service and the oil and oil filter was not even changed on my car. I noticed a few months later my car was not running right and checked the oil and it was black. When I took it to Prestige Honda, they said there is no way it could of been changed at my last service to be this bad. I raised a complaint to Yianni, the service manager at Honda North and he dismissed me like it was my fault, no refund and no acknowledgement that it was Honda Norths fault. Honda North service department rip people off and dont service your car correctly , I paid $600 for a service that was not carried out. Beware people when you take your car to Honda North, they do not care about you or your car only about the $$$$ they an take from you!!!!
I recently purchased my new Honda Jazz. I got the best deal ever and they gave a really competitive trade-in offer. All the staff; Cameron, Jonathan, Matt and Peter were really friendly, helpful and gave the best service. Everyone was totally genuine, respectful and no pushy sales. They listened to and met my individual needs, even setting up the correct seat height for my daughter as I was buying for the both of us. All queries answered, all car functions demonstrated with a smile and no pressure. I can honestly say it was the least painful and happiest car purchasing decision Ive ever made. I was recommended to Honda North by a friend with 30-years in the car industry and now Im giving my validation. Im a very happy customer and the Jazz is great!
My daughter and I went to Perth to purchase a used car on Saturday morning from another dealer and after seeing the car we were disappointed so we went to have a look at a couple at Honda North. We arrive not long before they closed and with 3 children in tow we started looking at the cars. We had a lovely man come over and asked if he could take the children to watch the TV so we could look in peace. After test driving and talking to the salesman we purchased a car. The lovely man that was watching the children and stayed behind for nearly 2 hours after they had closed was the General Manager John. We could not have asked for better service. Book twice with them and each time when I came they were unorganized and "lost" my work order both times! Monday drop my Honda Accord off for service and some heating issues to be looked at, like I said lost my work order. Told me my parts needed to be ordered, so booked for Wednesday. Wednesday comes drop my car off in the morning told me everythings gonna be okay and pick it at 4pm. At 3pm called me and said they ordered the wrong parts!!! Which is completely stupid, its a Honda Dealer they should know what part is for what model of Honda. Its not like Im servicing at a Nissan dealer for my Honda. Useless Honda North, its just got good enough for a Honda specialist to ordered the wrong part for a HONDA!
