If I could give more stars I would!! Outstanding service the last two times I have been through the Hertz Perth Airport branch (normally only travel on the eastern states) and I have found the quality of service to be amazing. I would like to bring your attention to a young lady by the name of Samantha who helped me on my last rental. Both before and after collecting the vehicle she helped explain the charges, offered me an upgrade to a MUCH nicer vehicle, and did this all with a smile. In a world where customer service is lacklustre, Sam showed that through great training and a strong work ethic; you can not only do your job well, but leave your customers happy with the service they are given - and make them come back!! No longer will I rent from sub-par companies who dont care for their clients. Bravo, Hertz!
I am sorry I can only give a 2 and that would be from the service that was provided on the night of when I hired the car as was great had the car for 7 days was cleaned the night before I returned it at 5.00am then I recieve an invioce in the mail for a cleaning fee of $150 naturally rang up to enquirie as to why only to be told I was charged because of car smelled of smoke now here is the thing I AM A NON SMOKER!!!! as to the smell my mother inlaw asked me when did you start smoking as she could smell smoke in the car now its email after email phone call after phone call trying to resolve this matter not happy from A NON SMOKER
All terrible car hire experiences are always with hertz, never use hertz again!!! Have 2 times after car returned, receive mail from Hertz told you they found scratch, and never reply your email or have any communication with you, just take your money from you. You dont even know what happened. I think thats what hertz do, they think when you give them your credit card number, they can do anything, you will not spend time argue with them for 2、300 dollars
Easily the best car hire service in Perth. Have never had a problem and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Over the years I have used some of the other companies and they dont even come close to Hertz
Great service! GPS wasnt working halfway, went back to get an exchange without questions asked. Returning the car was also a breeze. Definitely using its service again when I visit WA end of 2016.
I am review the service with full star rating as the experience and service was the best, car was exactly what i requested and all was on time, same when i returned
