Guttless liars no ethics no principal no customer service skills and absolutely no respect for anyone. This same buisness goes under the name Hertz Perth city or Hertz Murray st, read the rest of the reviews there. As my car was getting repaired a car was provided to me by my insurance company. I was meant to pick it up from Osborne park hertz - i had no issue with prior rental. Upon arrival they told me the car not there so i have to pick it up from hertz downtown. I wish i didnt pick up this pre damaged filthy car. Use caution when the man in this store says its all checked sign here and if there is anything else you find call us - because if you call to report there is damage they going to lie and blatantly deny. Anyway, Long story short when i returned my car the girl said theres damage to my car. I didnt hit anything so obviously i wanted to know what damage. She said to me she cant create a incident report so will get the manager to check and call. Indeed the manager call me back 3 days later. Car was returned on fri they charged my insurance company till monday. When he rang he was rude and i said ok well my insurance company provided me the car they will cover the damage. So i rang my insurance company they wanted to know more about the damage. I rang hertz back and asked them to explain to me what is the damage the same guy got really irritates and told me he will deal directly with my insurance company and let me know what happens next. A whole week went by i didnt hear anything back no email no phone call and no letter. The same girl answered my call the next week, i gave her my rental agreement number she said there is no damage reported on this car - ( please note, i didnt know till today they change your rental agreement number every 30 days. Again no email, no letter and no phone call to say its a different rental agreement now) because i had the car for few months apparently i have few different rental agreement number - so the first rental agreement number i had didnt had any notes. The 3rd week i get a call from debt collection agency apparently i owe Hertz about $1100 for 1 scratch. No invoice was send to me, no email no letter and no phone call. They had my debit card details on file which had a limit of $1000 so they apparently tried to take it from there and the card declined thats why its been sent to debt collection. Please explain how hard was it to give me a courtesy call. How hard was it to send me an invoice. Or letting me know what my insurance people said to you regarding this claim. Apparently hertz emailed my insurance company and they said they wont pay i beg to see that communication. I want to know why didnt you clowns call me. I provided you jokers with my insurance claim number the moment i got a call from your debt collection. How hard was it for you guys to call me directly either before trying to debit my card or after it declined because it was over the limit or before giving it to debt collection. Now i probably have a default listed under my name for 5 yrs. I wont be able to buy a new car get a home loan nothing - tell me what you guys done to me was it fair. Your claims and complain division is an absolute circus. Wouldnt take my complain and wouldnt review anything apparently because they can add their own opinion into it - seriously, what do you mean by adding your own opinion. What a sham a scam i say. When i picked up the hire car the origianl rental agreement states on it damaged head light i didnt see any damage to any headlight so obviously you guys ripped someone else off prior to me too. How do you guys sleep at night knowing what you guys doing. Seriously how? Arent you ashamed of your attitude towards clients. Simply disgusted and hurt.
