I’ve had a really lousy experience dealing with their second-hand cars sales team. We purchased a car on the 7th November but given the car registration was about to expire we agreed for them to pay the first 3 months. Upon pickup of the vehicle we found they hadn’t renewed the rego so they offered to refund us the cost. We then waited and after the money hadn’t been refunded more than a week later we phoned several times, and left messages until we finally received the money on the 20th November but they paid roughly $40 short of the registration cost. About a dozen phone calls later and a few more messages on their site they finally explained they had paid us the dealership rego cost and not the private one. They did eventually agree to pay the difference but now almost two months later after two more in-person visits and one more phone call they still haven’t paid this money and it’s no longer worth my time to keep chasing them. To be fair I had some mechanical issues with the car but dealing their service department was much less hassle in comparison and I was relatively happy with their behaviour. In short –the second-hand car sales team doesn’t follow through with their commitments and don’t respect their customer’s time. I don’t recommend dealing with them.
I recently just got a second hand Toyota 86 GT and as a precaution with with my car under warranty being me I wanted to keep it in good health. I took it for a $180 service cap - Service cap are under the log book only - taking it at its interval will keep the car free from problems and keep it smooth. When I left the dealership I completely noticed how smooth the gear change was. I found the second gear was stiff before, but now it’s like it just left the pits. I am quite fussy when it comes to the way my car runs and so should everyone else be. The main issue people seem to not understand is that fluid will not perform as well the longer it is used. Much like buying something from the store it has a best used by date. Very impressed by the list of things that was done for the price and the extras I got as part of the service.
Just bought a Ford Ranger 2014, best buy ever. But dont ever sign anything with these pricks. I had to pay $400 for tinting on an Amarok as the prick thought I was going elsewhere. Remember dont sign anything I was under the assumption that I was just holding the car in case I wanted it which I did at the time. But education on cars told me different. Im not savvy on these things and got a good deal in the end but when some prick tries to heavy me then Ill write a review like this. Otherwise I got a good buy but there was no need for the Managers attitude. Dont sign anything.
BEWARE: After 5 times taking my car to clarkson toyota dealership, and changing wrong parts by their mechanic, i recieved speed fine 116km per hours, and lose 2 points, exactly the time my car was in dealership.service department send me mechanic license number who abused my car and drove carzy my car.i requested from general manager to get a safety check of my car and NO answer.i had to complain to TOYOTA Australia to push them to get a safety check report. NEVER TRUST THIS DEALER. UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
If you visit here, I suggest asking for Sharelle. My experience buying my 2016 Toyota Corolla went very well, but the real stand-out was the sales assistant Sharelle. I was dreading having a salesperson that would be off-putting and over-bearing. Sharelle is sincere and intuitive, and helped me to feel comfortable enough to imagine the car I test-drove as if it was my own already. She played the biggest part in my not hesitating to purchase, and because of her guidance, I dont regret my choice.

Exceptional service and customer repoir. I live an hour and a half front Clarkson and was able to do all my negotiating over the phone including trading in my old car. The dealer (Robert) drove my new car to me and drove my old one away. I didnt have to leave the house. I would definitely deal with this dealership again and recommend them to family and friends.

Very poor customer service, purchased car from them in November and have been chasing up promises given by the salesperson since, who in his words was "straight down the line". No response to messages left, no response to emails sent, not available "will call back" but never does. Would not recommend at all...Totally regret buying from here.
I feel sorry for the sales staff at Clarkson Toyota who try their hardest to cut a good deal and provide a good service only to be shot down, in front of customers, by the GM operating the place. Theres some serious lacking in interpersonal, listening and negotiating skills of the most senior person there. Good luck dealing with them!
Charged me $1500 for a service, i checked a few things and they had not done what they said. gave them a second chance and they ripped me off again. told me my winch motor was burned out and asked for $1200 for a new one. I checked and the motor was fine, needed a new solonoid which cost $50. Absolute rip off. crooks!
Fantastic service! Not only was my salesman (Blake Moody) serving me he was attending to the needs of three other customers! The feeling of being really happy and the great deal that we were given made this a smooth sale, certainly impressed and amazing experience! Certainly will recommend to all that I can!!
