I bought a new TRAX for my wife. Salesman promised the Trax would be washed every time it is serviced. First service, they didnt wash it and when asked they stated "we dont wash it on the first complimentary service". Second service, didnt wash it, even after leaving grimy hand marks on the bonnet and doors, and dirty water marks from testing wipers. When asked they stated If you want it washed you have to leave it here all day". The salesman then took it around the back, returning in less than 10 minutes, saying "three of us washed it".....Pity about the marks that were still there (?). ALSO, THE SERVICE DEPT DECLINED TO PROVIDE THE STANDARD PAPERWORK SHOWING WHAT WAS SERVICED (both times), because "THE SERVICE WAS FREE". All they did was fill in the service log ... . Not at all happy. I couldnt recommend this dealership.
Worst Dealership Ever. Im a Tradesman who was expanding our vehicles and looking to get some more Wagons. Business Partner and I were looking at a VZ Wagon, while we were inside familiarizing ourselves with the layout/switches before we buy, the salesman carefully made his way upto the car, and was watching every move we did, he moved toward my drivers window, I opened it and he said "What are you boys doing in there" , we really were lost for words. How do you expect to sell somebody a car if they are not allowed to sit inside it first? When we asked if the car comes with any warranty the Salesman did not know.
Bought two cars from here before taking my business elsewhere. First car, was fine, a little overpriced. Second car was a dud; was constantly in for problems which were never properly fixed but were still charged for miscellaneous service costs. Service absolutely appalling; the service manager took any criticism personally and was very dismissive. No free car offered when ours was being constantly serviced. Would never buy another Holden and would definitely recommend avoiding this dealership.
I have just recently brought my first car and Im loving it. Mr Alan Mills and Rob provided great service for me and helped out slot with getting my car. Jess from detailing did a gorgeous job of making my Barona nice and pretty for me and Bill from finance helped me out a great deal with getting my finance sorted. Every visit is welcomed with smiles from the great team at Clarkson Holden and Ill definitely be going back to them for my services
Go elsewhere, For anybody considering getting your car serviced at Clarkson Holden ild recommend going elsewhere to avoid unnecessary fees, unreliable service and unknowledgable advice. You are better off taking your car to an honest mechanic instead of these money guzzling frauds. If you are unsure of where to go, Autoban and Mindarie Mobile are right next door and theyre sure to give you a clear understanding/pricing on your service
