In my opinion buying a car is a daunting process - at least for me and trading in my old car as wel;l purely magnified the mere thought of it. I will say that I am not good with pushy salesmen and will happily walk away from a seemingly good deal if a sales person uses this approach with me (and I have done with previous car dealers). I dont live anywhere near Rockingham yet Barry Sutton from Challenger Ford came to my house on two different occasions for me to test drive two different cars. What I liked and appreciated about him was the no pressure to agree to purchase anything approach and no pressure to sign anything either. One size does not fit all with regards to customers purchasing/selling a car and both Barry and the staff at Challenger Ford recognise this and treat their customers as individuals and respect them as such. We also organised the finance and car insurance through Challenger which Gia managed to beat our existing insurer considerably and save us some cash. So by the time we left the showroom, everything had been organised for us and there was nothing left for us to do except take our car home. Before we left Barry went through everything about the car, explaining what we needed to know and has even said that we can call him if we need to ask him anything. Seriously, I had very little time for car dealerships and car dealers until I used Challenger who have impressed us considerably with their professionalism, yet friendly and expert approach to purchasing a car. Thank you Barry and Gia for making this process so easy and less intimidating for us, you guys have restored my faith somewhat and I will definitely be recommending you to others.
As others have stated, terrible service dept. This was my second service there that has left me with a horrible feeling of being ripped off. When I originally booked I was promised a courtesy car that was cancelled at the last moment due to some emergency , then I received a call saying I need a new drive pulley which I agreed to on the proviso that they show me the old part and explain why it needed replacing. So when I collected my car I asked about the part and was told it was in the trunk, I inspected said part and could see absolutely nothing wrong with it ( I should mention I am a qualified auto Electrician of over 15 years), when confronting the staff I just got the typical run around that I couldnt speak to anyone that has any technical knowledge whatsoever
Worst service experience I have ever encountered by the workshop service team at challenger ford. Workshop staff do not know what they are doing, Had to push and persist there was an issue with the Diff as a loud clunk noise was present (Still under new car warranty), Told by the servicemen that there was no noise. Diff was eventually replaced due to component failure. Had my tyres rotated and balanced on two separate occasions with both occasions the tyres tread pattern were facing the wrong way. Vehicle also had numerous greasy hand prints inside and outside after service. Staff have absolutely no respect for the customer or vehicle. If you want to be mucked around and told a bunch of lies then Challenger Ford is your dealer.
Called and spoke to scott on the thursday asking for copies of my service invoices, was told that they cannot email them they have to be printed. I advised I have to come from Perth. I asked if they were open saturdays and was told yes. Made the 50 min drive down and arrived at 9.30am. The lovely lady at reception said that they are not open saturdays and that they can email them. She was puzzled why I would be told what I had. Being aware of the journey I made she did her best to help by printing screen shots of my visits but this did not contain the info I needed. She took my details and told me they would get emailed. Seriously challenger Ford?
Very happy with the customer service that Jaleel from Challenger Ford provided! I was also happy with the prices on the car service, and how my vehicle is now running. Jaleel was knowledgeable, helpful and provided sound advice. I noticed that Ford servicing costs seem more reasonable these days than in years past. A good thing! In my past experience, non-Ford-service-techs haven’t had the same level of product knowledge. It showed in numerous misdiagnoses and money out of my pocket.
Challenger Ford, Service Dept, was fantastic! I rang late on a Thursday morning, before a long weekend, to see if they could fit me in to get my headlights fixed as I had no low beams. (They died driving home the previous night). Though they were booked through until the following week, Keith was able to find/create a spot for me and I was able to wait while the fixed the problem. I really appreciate the help and the service, and would certainly recommend them to anyone.
This is probably the worst service experience I have ever had. Had the car for over 8 hours and it still wasnt ready when I arrived to collect, was told two different stories about why it was late being done. It wasnt even cleaned like with all other Ford service departments. Kept waiting for 40mins for collection. Was also very late actually getting seen in the morning to drop it off! Dont get your car serviced here, my first and last time of ever coming here.
have had both my falcon and territory in for service this week at challenger ford had Andrea in service look after both my vehicles and i must say customer service was 2nd too none kept in contact with me at all stages addressed all my concerns and both vehicles are running like new. In a busy world we live in today service as i have experienced this week at challanger ford has left me a little less stressed overall this week thankyou.
Challenger Ford you are a disgrace. Seven times to try and repair the lemon of a car you sold us and your coward of a Dealer Principal going back on your word for a replacement vehicle and denying a refund. I will not stop until I get results and everyone on social media knows how you operate.
Great experience, Had a great salesmen! far from what I expected. Helpful with all enquiries me and my partner had. Have not had a problem with my car and I bought it from here over two months ago. Will definitely go back and highly recommend! :) Thanks again guys A+++++
Highly Recommend Challenger Ford to everyone. i purchased my first car with Adam and his service was a treat. also a special mention to Kurt the Finance manager that made this all happen. Thank you to the team at challenger Ford i love my new ride :)
Worst experience I have ever had in service department the guy I spoke to barely knew what he was doing and when I went in for my booked service they got the dates mixed up. I would not recemend anyone getting a service here worst experience ever

Ford Ranger April 2015 Ranger XLT 3.2 Auto 30,000km service costs $480 inc GST iaw Ford online. Challenger Ford quoted (23Jun17) $565 for the same 30,000km service ! I recommend you DO NOT go to Challenger !!!!
Finding a used Falcon with bald rear tyres. Sounds like Challenger Ford doesnt care about safety, go to Range Ford Maddington if youre up for the drive as their service department is more friendlier!!
