Shocking customer service. They talked us into buying their warranty by saying they would include the Fusion leather and paint protection for free. Even when we had initially said no, they kept trying to add things to make us purchase it. We thought the cost of their warranty was far too expensive, but when they said they would include the leather and paint protection which they valued at $1400, we thought it wasnt a bad deal. However the next day we realized that the $3000 warranty they sold us was actually only $1300 if you bought it from Toyota directly. When we picked the car up a week later the leather was clearly not treated. This was obvious because I took a photo of the dirt marks on the leather when we first inspected the car, then they were still there when the car was ready to pick up. There was also thick dust between the area where the seat back meets the headrest, so it was clear they had not even touched the leather. I questioned Shawn/Sean about this issue, who was the guy we were dealing with regarding this car, and he was pretty speechless, and then went to grab a simple bottle of leather treatment and a rag and started feveroushly wiping at the leather to clean it up. This leather protection package we had paid for was thousands of dollars. I was utterly appalled that they hadnt even touched the leather. As for the paint protection on the outside of the car, which was supposed to make the car look glossy, that had clearly not been put on the car either. Im just disgusted. And on top of this, a week after we purchased the car the battery died and we had to pay $200 to get it replaced after being stranded at the shopping centre for hours. They had the motor running both times we went to look at the car, and we thought this was odd but didnt think anything more of it. Now we realize it was because they were charging the dead battery because they obviously didnt want to spare a little bit of their cash to sell us a car with a working battery. THESE GUYS ARE FRAUDS. I will be opening a dispute with consumer protection. We will get professional opinions about whether the leather and paint protection has been applied and will try to get that money back, as we are entitled to it since it was a condition of sale.
I would like to write a follow up to my comment from 4 weeks ago. I couldnt add to my review so I am writing a new one...... Since having my car (2014 Amarok), it has been back to them 2 times - Jandakot service centre . They said they fixed it but they hadnt. Today I finally took my Amarok to another mechanic where he informed me that there is no way they did what they said they did because the bolts and screws had not been touched or replaced since the car was new. The engine light kept coming on and apparently according to the guy who sold it to me, that is normal!! No it isnt. The guy who sold me the car was nice and polite but within 25 minutes of giving them my cash and driving out the lot the engine and glow light came on. Took it to Jandakot twice and it still wasnt fixed. Finally AutoMasters diagnosed the problem today and $700 later I am hoping it is fixed. DO NOT BUYT A CAR from Car Giant WA. I love my Amarok, it is a great car but its new nickname is the "German Christmas Tree"!! Hopefully thanks to AutoMasters, the Engine light will now stay off. By the way, 1 Star is one too many!!

We purchased a second car from this company and they followed through on all that was promised. Our salesman was Scott and was prompt in returning calls, addressed all issues relating to the car without hesitation and had a great can do attitude. We would certainly b another car of them without hesitation. The only negative was the when answering the phone the employees were reluctant to name themselves (when I asked who I was talking to) which made me suspicious initially as one has to wonder if they were hiding from someone not wanting to disclose their names. It was quite off putting... In such a competitive industry I would have thought that they would be doing everything in customer service area to match their competitors.
I had the worst experience ever.... Do not believe these guys at all. I bought a car and paid the deposit. After a day I could hear some sort of noise which was quite disturbing.... I went back to them, they said buy the extended warranty for 5 years and it will be all covered. I bought that, i came back to my town and they said have the diagnosis done which i paid for and get the quote. The quote was for $2200.00 and they are making so much drama out of it and the problem is not getting solved. On top of that unnecessary stress . Why we buy a car from a dealer "just to have a peace of mind". Bunch of useless a people. I recommend do not buy car from here.......
I bought a Jeep from Car Giant in Morley and I could not be happier with the way we were t by all the staff. They were pleasant, honest, friendly to deal with in every way. Our salesman Dave Muir was a delight to do business with and at no point were they pushy or sneaky. They delivered an immaculate vehicle, cleaned and detailed properly. In all the deal went so smoothly with a minimum of fuss, a simple transaction as it should be. A few good laughs along the way too. I will be buying my next car from them when the time comes, and do not hesitate to recommend them to prospective customers. Kimbo
The service was appalling. They tried to sell us things we didnt need. They told us they did a 100 point check. NO WAY DID THEY DO THAT. "LIES" WE HAD IT CHECKED AT OUR OWN MECHANICS. A day later. WELL I TELL YOU $2,300 later, it is now road worthy. They should be ashamed of themselves, to say something about this car knowing dam well its a pack of lies. What a disgrace, I dont think there was an honest person in the whole car yard. Be very careful on who / where your dealership is. I DO NOT IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.
Not recommended. When it comes with a bad experience We all want to deal with someone who can fix the problems however no one from this car dealership would step out or pretending that they tried but regardless the demands. All brokers are lied and included these people here. They will try to negotiate with the clients by email OR anything which could be the evidence to against them later. Their cars could be cheaper than the market and it should be some reasons PLUS you will have to solve your own problems if anything occurs.
Scott was exceptionally helpful from the onset. I test drived a number of vehicles and was given knowledgable and up to date information that I required to make the right choice of vehicle. I also spoke with Chris who made the financial decisions required Easy to understand and smooth in transaction. The service at Cargiant Morley was well beyond my expectations and I would recommend Scott and Chris at Cargiant to satisfy your vehicle needs Shawn Whitby Wanneroo
