Worst customer service in WA. Totally agree with other review & this is my second time and both time was horrible experience there at Budget in Balcatta. Never again!! We request car seats for 5 year old & 2 year old what I booked. When I arrived the owner at the reception ask me which car seats do you need? I said we need the seats for 5 year old & 2 year old as booked. He said ok our children can sit on the car at their own risk as this is not professional fitted!!! Really?? What do you means?? I mention to the guys said they should be train to do this as they deal with it everyday & for children safety. The owner said to me if it easy you should do it yourself??? Really!!! Anyway just to shows you the attitude of people in this place... When I get to the car - wrong seat was given to the 5 year old. The guy (owner) from the front come out & unhappily exchange it to the correct one. The owner rush back in the front office & the seat been really loose fitted to the back seats - i am not professional but I know it dose not look safe!!! when I try to adjust the child seat the employee wouldnt help me and he didnt even have an instruction manual. I am really angry. Clearly not been carefully fitted & he said “the children can sit on the safety seats at their own RISK!!!” It’s not tight fit - the restraint should not move more than one inch from side to side or front to back. And even worse than all of that, the seat was FILTHY. Ive never seen a car seat so dirty. I have to vacuum it when I got home. It’s really unprofessional. Dont go there... Never again... I only use this because RAC booked Budget Car Rentals for me due to car accidents. This the only hire car company that they have a rental agreement with at this time that allows them to book the hire car for their member. I called RAC & they told me next time if we would like to use a different company then we are able to make a booking under the same terms and conditions that we cover, however we would need to pay up front and then submit a receipt to us to be reimbursed.
The car was fine and ready for collection as agreed. The Seviceangestellte was friendly and courteous. However, in the final account, a fee of AUD 26 was charged, which was not foreseen by the Treaty. The e-mail to the customer service was only answered more than 1 month later and it referred to a tenancy, which is said to have taken place on a completely different station in Europe rather than in Perth (in any case has nothing to do with me). And an answer to the problem, there was not, it was said only that part by stations would be charged fees. But for what ?? Was for me probably the last time Avis / Budget ...
The worst service and experience Ive ever had. I always used RENT WA but because dont have any close now so I rented a truck and deposited $265 and the rent was $65 for half of the day and being told that deposit will get in few days. after few day i have received ONLY $165 in my account. when i went to ask them that why Im being over charged and that THE STORY they told me that I havnt fill enough fuel in it. Then i saw them my account Statement that I have filled as i could do. Bit the asian looking guy on reception was so rude and said we filled fuel and we will not refund. Also they were not convince After showing them receipt and statement showing that I have Paid for fuel. WORST EXPERIENCE AND NOT GONNA HIRE BUDGET RENTAL AGAIN AND ALSO WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE. ZERO STAR FOR WORST SERVICE AND RIPPING YOU OFF STRATEGY.
Booked a truck online with this location and got a confirmation email from them. When i went to pick up the truck they said they dont do that size moving truck at this site and couldnt contact me to tell me this as they didnt have my number. I showed them the confirmation email but apparently that was from a different part of there business and they had no details for me apart from the truck i booked. I did eventually get a smaller truck from a different site and the staff were helpful enough and pretty tolerant of my frustration at both stores just wasnt a good start to moving house.
DO NOT USE THIS TRUCK RENTAL EVER!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!! They will not give you back you entire bond deposit and give you every excuse under the sun!!! We filled the truck up at BP on Main Street and drove 3-4kms back to balcatta and dropped the truck off. They claimed we used 13litres!!!! This company will rip you off and dont even care!! We have been trying to get out money back for 3 weeks now!!! Ask to speak to management I dare you!! It will get you no where!!
Absolutely appalling customer service. So rude, kept looking at his computer screen. Didnt have a credit card only cash to pay for the bond and they wouldnt accept it. My insurance company organised the hire car. I would never ever hire anything from this company. Teach your staff some decent customer service.
After having an accident I hired a car through them. As it was the insurance company who sent me there, I wasnt expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised. Staff were great, car was immaculate. Will return if I need a car again who I would send family and friends to.
Im currently standing in the que waiting to pick up the moving van I booked earler this week. Its Saturday morning, obviously a very busy time. There is one person at the desk. Been waiting half an hour, will be waiting at least another 20. I will never come here again.
Very bad costumer service. Didnt had the right car what I booked. And it wasnt full with patrol. Took pictures for proof nothing happened. Never ever. Was renting every month a vehicle there looking no for better company.
Youre lucky to get 1 star, id give 0 stars if i could. All i wanted was a list of your locations and instead i get your stupid gps locator that doesnt work. You just lost a customer.
I have rented from here a few times and they have been great, got a free upgrade and they didnt charge me anything extra for dropping the car back at the airport.
Bad location no access to public transport had to drop car off at hay street branch not open proper hours on weekends
