Im not normally a person for writing reviews but I have to in this case. The service at Bridgestone East Vic Park is absolutely outstanding. I had a problem with my rims and took it in. Justin asked me what the problem was and straight away took a look at my car. It needed two new tyres and an alignment. Justin didnt just pick out the most expensive tyre. He ran a few options by me price wise and fully explained the difference in tyre quality. Justin then promtly changed my tyre. I then went a 2nd time as to have another tyre change and received yet again the same fantastic service by Justin and his team. Only last week April 2016 did I need to return for a third time as my brake pads needed doing. Again Justins service was amazing, he didnt try and rip me off at all by saying the roters needed replacing as well, he did the complete opposite. He told me the roters were ok and that he had skimmed them and had only needed to replace the front discs. Bridgestone Vic Park is hands down the best garage I have ever taken a vehicle too. If your wanting to be treated with respect, in a super professional manner and have that piece of mind that your car is in the correct shape it should be then this is the place to take your vehicles. You can sit there in the little waiting room having a cuppa and watch them go out of their way to help you out! How hard is it now days to find a trustworthy mechanics that dont just want to get some cash out of you?

Following a tyre blowout on the Kwinana freeway, Justin stayed open late to replace the tyre and then, when a wheel stud sheared, he loaned me a car to get my wife and I home. The repair was completed the next day. As a result of this excellent customer service I decided to ask him to replace all 4 tyres.Cant recommend highly enough.

Was told of issues with car, when questioning them they refused to help or do alignment unless all the issues were fixed. Went to another dealer, alignment was no issue car is great and didnt have to pay for all the crap they said was wrong with it. Do not trust
