Went in to get an alternator replaced seemed verry profesional the person i spoke with was great came out checked over the car i suplied the part and he gave me a quote for labour which i was extreemly happy with and he honoured this and thats all he charged which i was more that happy with for the task at hand, they also replaced an accelarator cable.- only down side was i also asked them to replace the alterator belt because of the the damage caused to it and i also asked them to put an addative to the power sleering to slow an oil leak doesnt state that they did but they did top the fluid up they did me a huge favour and vacume out the car wich was a nice surprise i wasnt expecting but it didint make sence to me that they would vacume the inside of the car but not clean and degreese down the engine bay and get rid of all the oil residue that was leaking over all i would still recomend for the reason of task at hand, in an out in a matter of, hours as well as there good pricing Thanks to the team that did the job,expecialy the poor person who had the job of vacuming the inside i appreciat that Would definalty use again
We recently had our vehicle serviced by the lads at Melville and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of customer service and professionalism provided by Darren and his team. I was notified of other issues that needed to be be sorted, no pressure, some of which I did and I will definitely be returning to have the rest done in the future. I even had a bag for rubbish and tissues left on the seat and my car was vacuumed, saved me doing it! Well done and Thank you. Samantha.
Took my car in to have a diagnostic test done due to an airbag warning light coming on and also had problems with my car starting. Neither problem was resolved yet they still charged me $400 even after many complaints. I was told that most of the time what they did to fix the airbag warning light coming on would work but i was just unlucky, and they had no problems with my car starting - so i must of been imagining it! Absolutely useless.
Ok!!! I own a 1997 Mitsubishi Mirage and i planned to drive the 1.5L, 20 year old beast across Australia to Noosa Heads QLD via Sydndey and thought Id get it checked out before leaving. The lads at Melville Auto Masters were my first choice due to Darren checking my car out 1 year previously after i was hearing a knocking sound. Inspection was complete and there was alot wrong with the car!!!!
Would not recommend these guys worst service ever Took my car for my air con to be re gassed they charged 180 then a further 40 to assure the valves had been sealed. After 5 days my aircon was totally useless again! They also said to get it sorted again they would charge a further 180 plus labour time.for something i payed cost plus and they assured it was fixed?? Avoid this place at all costs
Was met by Darren the Irish Dude when we first arrived. We asked to be contacted before any work was to be completed on the car. He did phone and gave us a run down on what work needed to be completed in a priority order. Afterwards they phoned to say the work was done. All in a day! His service is fantastic. So I am taking the car back there for the rest of the repairs. Thanks team!!
Trevor from Automasters Melville was very helpful in trying to identify a mysterious leaking problem with my car. Sadly the issue could not be resolved before the car was being shipped back to Canberra, however I appreciated his great service, and availability to explain the potential causes to me and answer my questions. I rang them with 10 minutes notice to fix a problem with my heating. Darran and his team diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 mins. The mechanic even offered me a lift to my meeting which was around the corner. Great work, really appreciate it especially on this cold day.
These guys are crooks me and several family members got our aircon re gassed and all of out cars aircon stopped working before a month past. They then even with a warranty demanded us to repay. The irish guy darren is a kaniving liar You have been warned
Had my aircon re gased and it lasted 2 weeks asked them if the would have a look and it again expected me to pay a further $180. I have had some one else take a look at it as I have a child now and needed it, they fixed it first time.
Fantastic service by Brendon - very good mech with sound knowledge of all cars - Its a pleasure to receive this level of service and work in this day and age . Credit to this place
I will be filing a complaint with Consumer Protection WA, please dont fall victim to another dodgy servicemen and do your research to find a decent mechanic!
