Really upset with how this panned out. Booked weeks in advance as I was flying from Sydney to hire a car to drive down south to attent my great friends wedding. Didnt realize until the last minute that I would be uninsured driving further than 100km and they said the only way they would let me would be to take $2000 deposit and excess would be $4000. When I queried these figures and asked for them in a written form explaining she said there wasnt one. They were just numbers. Being so close to New Years, couldnt hire another car and therefore missed the wedding completely. Zero care factor, zero empathy or even trying to help me get another car. Im still perplexed hut more so deeply saddened by the fact I missed a special day because of lack of communication on their day. I never leave bad reviews as I dislike people becoming keyboard warriors and defacing a business. Id just be very cautious with this company. Have a plan B.
Initially, I was hesitant in booking with this company. However, due to the convenience of picking up the car from the airport and returning it to their office in CBD area, I decided to cancel my booking with another reputable car rental company at the last minute at switched to Aries Car Rental. Im glad that Ive made the right choice!! Customer service was excellent! They replied to all my queries promptly. All their prices are transparent. I gave them a call upon my arrival at the Perth international airport and the car was delivered within minutes. The car was new and exactly the same model as what Ive requested. Returning the car was hassle-free too. There is a petrol station near their office in CBD where you can refill petrol to full tank before returning the car. Overall, Im very satisfied with their service and will highly recommend them to my friends and relatives who are visiting Perth.
I was looking for a rental car from 24 Dec to 3 Jan and incorrectly assumed it wouldnt be a problem. So I was quite alarmed when every car rental website habe a "no cars available" response. I was very fortunate that my travel agency recommended Aries and I managed to get a sedan at very short notice. The car had about 44000 kilometres on it but the condition was very decent and problem free. I was also concerned about the boot space for my family of 4 but the staff from Aries (Desmond) was very reassuring and he confirmed that my 2 large luggage bags and 2 smaller carry on luggage bags would fit into the boot and he was right. Lastly, I was arriving and departing outside normal hours (with flight delays on arrival) but the pick-up staff (Winnie) was very patient and very customer oriented. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Aries. I will definitely use Aries as my first choice the next time.
I had the pleasure to experience the warm, personalized and speedy service as well as the very reasonable rates. They were also super helpful with transporting my family and I from their office to the airport and were willing to fetch me from my hotel to their office for pickup although I didnt take up the offer as it was just a short walk from the hotel. I forgetfully left my folder in their office and they are sending it back to me by mail. So I would say they go beyond the call of duty. In addition, my windshield was damaged (which is not normally covered by the standard rental insurance) and they helped restore the car at a very reasonable rate so as not to incur too much cost to me thus giving me peace of mind. Aries is true to their words. I arrived early 7.00am, had a problem with my phone & call them at 8.40am, actually theyve been waiting for me since 8.00am. At about 5 minutes, they arrived at Perth T1, the lad was so nice & the run through of the car was done professionally. The car was clean & still new abt 29k km. When departure time arrive, I had a little problem with the GPS in the Perth T1, im suppose to send the car at 1.00pm but im late by 2.15pm & they didnt even charge it to me. Thanks to the Hong Kong lady in the Kewdale office which are nice & pleasant. Thanks Aries, will rent for you again if im in Perth again.

We originally booked a car for 3 days but my kid was sick and had to cancel one day. They are very flexible and quickly arranged that. They also kindly did a hotel pick up. Later found the car has a faulty car charger and swap the car quickly for us. I love their efficiency. Their rental also allow us to return the car after hours which was great. I loved their flexibility and constant communication. Prices were reasonable and car was clean and good. Will definitely recommend them to my friend who are visiting in future.
The prices are very good, much lower than those of the most renowned brands. Very seriously and no heavy tax hidden. Granted us The car was brand new, only 14,000 kilometers, it was spotless, staff of customer care really helpful.

Good services, hassle-free, and considerate. In my case, I booked a car from other car rental company before departing to Perth. Only to find out my card is not accepted, once I got to their office. Very disappointed. I went to 3 other car rental, same issue. I went to Aries with a very low hope, explained my situation and that I really needed a car, to my surprise, they accepted. Got my car. A very nice one. And because of that, my trip went a planned. Able to follow my itinerary. Thank you so much.

Aries Car Rental - being 1st timer of self-driving in Perth could be very nervous. But Aries Car Rental staff was very helpful and responsive to any queries. The pick up and delivering back car was convenient and the iMax was an excellent horse although there were some scratches here and there and had been informed during collection. Scratches and any dents should be repaired ASAP prior to rental for better impression by customers. The rest were excellent !
We were in Perth from 23-26 December. We had tried to get a hire car from many places but no one had cars or would allow us to return a hire on 26th. We went to Aries as they were down the road from our hotel. They fixed us up with a car that was pretty much as new, with no problems. They even responded promptly after the rental when I requested a tax invoice as I left the original in the rental car. Great Service. Thanks Guys
Rental of the car was ok but when I returned the car they found 2 small car park dents and demanded I pay aud55. Car park dents are unavoidable circumstances when driving a car. I thought this was covered by the insurance? Not wanting to argue and further and avoid making an ugly scene, I paid the $55 and left. Pls be careful if you decide to rent from this place.
Booked from U.K., staff were very helpful and answered all my concerns promptly and accurately. Prices were very competitive. Car hired was well maintained and functioned flawlessly. I was very happy with the company and will be more than happy to book from them when I next go to Perth Australia. Thank you Aries
