I have an Iphone 5S which I have in a hands free kit in my GTS HSV and ever since it was installed I have been having static problems which at first were minor and then grew to an unbearable pitch. So much that I was reluctant to take/make calls and I could not listen to my Ipods or music. I also have a tracking system and a built in radar system which was thought to be the problem of the static. I went as far as getting a new hands free kit which the installer advised me would or might fix the problem and that did not fix it. I then purchased a new Iphone as I was advised it was my phone causing the problem and this did not fix it. In short, I have had a team of experts from different fields trying to get my Iphone to work without static and it seemed nobody in the world could fix the problem and even the Holden dealer could only offer advice which all lead to the problem remaining. I was "fortunately" given Alberts Car Stereo as a recommendation of somebody who may be able to help and as a "last" ditch effort I contacted their shop and organised for their mobile technician to come to my work place and fix. Suffice to say, not only was the technician a nice guy, he fixed my "world" problem which has plagued me for over two years now and he did it at a very low cost and was super efficient. Not only did he fix the static problem but prior to repair the music and telephone only operated on a small speaker and Alberts technician was able to get it to operate from all 4 speakers from the inbuilt car sound system. I cannot "RECOMMEND" Alberts highly enough for what was a simple fix to them but appeared to all of the professionals I had engaged to fix the problem an "unsolvable problem". Do yourself a favor if you are in need of my above problem or for all of the other services Alberts provide as they have my full vote of confidence. Ken Or has served me every time I visit very helpful and very knowledgeable in the industry if you call for something its no problem to him and places an order asap and calls once equipment is in would recommend there store to anyone
Rip me off charge me $50 just chek my car fuse and inform me that my car stereo is gone and its all just take 10 minutes
