Today was one of those days that brings back my faith in motor vehicle service centres. Normally when you get your car serviced at a service centre, you expect to have an argument or a disagreement about the price. Or about the way in which the service was carried out. Or about the attitude of the person dealing with you. How flippant they can be when presenting their bills for the service. Which can and does have a real detrimental effect on your day. Well let me tell you today 27/7/2016. I took my Toyota Landcruiser 76 series into AME Automotive located at unit 1/160 Bannister Road in Canning Vale 6155 for a 60,000 klm major service. My son had put me on to AME as he knew I was not satisfied with the services I had received previously from other mechanical repair service centres. From the very first moment I entered the premises I was met in a very professional manner. No small talk trying to convince me that I need to buy special product or additives. They listened to what I had to say. They seemed to know the correct questions to ask. They portrayed a knowledge and a professional standard which gave me the confidence to leave my vehicle in their possession. I am very pleased to report that when I picked my vehicle up at the allotted and agreed time. I could not believe my eyes. My vehicle was spotless inside and out. Including the wheels. I was met by Anthony the Owner of the business. Who went through the complete service process with me. Anthony then introduced me to his head mechanic Dom who escorted me to my vehicle and gave a comprehensive and complete run down on all the works that had been carried out on my vehicle that day. There was even a perfume tree hanging on the internal mirror and as if that was not enough. When I paid my bill which I was very happy with (quite a few dollars less than I had been quoted by other service centres incIuding Toyota). I was presented with a $40 Caltex fuel cards. I was totally blown away. I have never received customer service at this level anywhere. Other businesses should take a leaf out of AMEs book. To say Im totally satisfied with this service is an understatement. I would with hand on heart recommended this company and staff to anyone looking for a company that genuinely puts the customer first. Well done Anthony and staff. You are a credit to your industry. Have been a customer since 2007. Anthony impressed me with his conscientious customer service that goes the extra mile. If there were things to be added to the existing work hed always discuss with me first and will only go ahead if Ive authorised it. When Ive asked about the extra job required, how it affected my vehicle and how long it will last etc he was happy to pull out the diagrams needed and explain it to me thoroughly whilst also making sure that Ive understood completely what he explained. His knowledge is extensive and he certainly enjoys his work as he keeps updated on the new techniques for maintaining cars. Ive had other mechanics before and by far none had been as helpful or patient enough to extend their time to ensure that customers are in the loop about what is happening with their car as Anthony was. I certainly never feel like a financial number to be added to AMEs bottom line. I am always assured that my car and I will be treated like a VIP when it is serviced at his garage. I have had no hesitation in referring other people to Anthonys garage before. It is impossible to avoid hiccups when one is as successful and services as many cars as AME does but the important thing is how management handles it. There had been an issue with one car from a referral before but Anthony resolved that expediently and with integrity. It is rare to find a mechanic that is trustworthy and, despite the initial short-lived issue, that family member still considers Anthony his main mechanic for his car and has also recommended AME to others. I would wholeheartedly recommend his business to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and honest mechanic. Put your car in his capable hands with ease of mind. You really cant go wrong with Anthonys AME.
Most Importantly AAAAA+++++++++ In every aspect, what a refreshing experience Anthony and the Team at AME Automotive are. Called Anthony at AME yesterday to have a look at My AC unit in my BF Falcon, as it was running real bad. I Asked when I could take the car in to be looked at and to his credit Anthony told me to bring the car right on over and he would have it looked at right away, He called me to tell me what what the problems were, and when I asked when it would be ready, He asked me" when do you want to pick it up buddy?".... Seriously how good is that?!!! and true enough when I got their all the repair work had been done. Very Very reasonably priced!!! and top notch service.. If that wasnt enough I took the car home and when I got there My engine was boiling coolant and was pouring out everywhere. I called Anthony and asked if anyone had opened the radiator Cap because it was left half open and thats what caused the coolant to boil out. Now anyone who knows anything about cars knows you dont need to access the overflow resevior to regas an Aircon, so I was half expecting him to tell me to bugger off it wasnt them lol!!!. Once again I was surprised when Anthony told me mate just bring it round and we will give it a complimentry radiator and coolant flush. I for one can tell you for certain, I HAVE FOUND MY MECHANIC and will be a regular from now on. Well done guys ... Good stuff
Where do i start!.. THESE GUYS ARE UNBELIEVABLE! I thought i knew what a service was until i took my car to AME. I own a new PX Ranger and was over ford service ripping me off while their apprentices crawl all over my car, so i decided to take it somewhere new.. Being a new car, i was cautious as to where i would take it so did my homework and that led me to AME AUTOMOTIVE. Reviews dont lie! thats for sure. My car went in to AME for its 45,000k service. It came back better than new. The guys there detailed it inside and out and being a 4x4 it was dirty, i actually felt bad because they did such a professional job my service had payed for itself already. They rotated my tyres and made me aware that i had a nail in the wall of one which i otherwise didnt know, left me a smelly tree, in car rubbish bag and even a bag of mixed lollies which i gave to my 4yr old son when i got home plus a $30 caltex fuel card!, not to mention the car noticeablly drove like a limo when i left. After what i payed and what i got in return i felt like i robbed them, seriously. Basically these guys are the REAL DEAL and thats NO BULLSHIT.. im so stoked i found them. THANKYOU AME AUTOMOTIVE you will be highly recommended to all, and i look forward to dealing with you in the future.
I work in the automotive aftermarket industry for IBS Auto Solutions and have been getting my company car serviced by AME for a couple of years now. Before that I used one of the larger chain service centres. The difference in value for money and quality of service is dramatic. I take pride in the vehicle and even on a minor service the car is returned to me in a detailed condition and with a few little extras like smelly things and a bag of lollies. My car has had its fair share of issues recently and every time the boys at AME have taken care of it and kept me appraised of the situation. In the past I have returned the car to the Holden dealership for similar issues and the treatment, service and workmanship from AME is far superior. Looking after a car is not a cheap thing, but I find it far easier to stomach the bills when I am treated like a valued client and my car is presented to me after having work done in a state to be prideful of. I would and do recommend AME to people in both my personal and business life. Keep up the great work guys........
