This will be the last time I ever step foot in that store. No acknowledgement youre even in there. I spend a lot of money on electronics and know exactly what I want when I go in there, so in a big hurry, call in and grab items I need, stand at counter with cash in hand, and wait, and wait. All these guys guys do is dick around instead of taking my money. I walk out, never to return. Good business sense guys. All online ordering from now on. To the guy with tattoos: my wife complained about your BO, I see what she means. For customer service, you need deodorant dude, not cool. . .
Needed to return a product and the manager refused a refund. I had to contact head office and state manager. Both agreed I was entitled to a full refund. Bunbury manager still argued the point. Customer service, non existing. I will never return.
I went in to the store yesterday and bought a hdmi cord for my samsung the guy said he wasnt sure if it would work, it didnt so i took it back for a refund no refund only exchange plus they were quite rude to boot wont be going back there again
A very well presented store with a great range of necessities, staff were most helpful, just what Bunbury needed since we lost the old DSE.
Refused to give a refund but happy to take the item back. Great way to run a business if you want to be a charity clause.
