We purchased a new CX-5 from here only a few days ago, and were really happy with it. We were able to end up with a nice price ($30.5K, $26k less trade in). It just required a bit of looking around (Werribee Mazda got close to this mark too). The only side we werent happy with was being updated on when the car would be available. They mention that theyre main difference to other Mazda car dealerships is their service, but I dont think they quite delivered here. We were told when originally buying that the car would be available on the 12th - 14th, and then when signing the paper the 17th. The 17th came by, but we heard nothing. A few days later we called up, and were told that they werent sure and that someone would call that day or the following day. Again, heard nothing back. So we called back again the day after & got everything rolling from there. Overall, it was ok to buy here, just be ready to follow up.
I bought a very nice used car from Geelong Mazda. The sales person I dealt with was very helpful and delivered on his word to ring at a certain time or attend to some other aspect of the sale. After sales service has been terrific. There were a few minor glitches with the car that the service team have attended to admirably. Altogether my first experience of the service centre has been very positive. In short, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership to a friend.
I was working in Geelong and took the car there for a problem with the Sat Nav. My experience there was simply awful. 1. I had to take the car there twice to get the problem fixed. 2. I had to wait on hold for almost 10 min before I was able to speak to someone. When I get there, nobody gives a damn. 3. They had the audacity to change my plate covers to Geelong Mazda. How dare they just put in plate covers without even asking me.
I recently bought a Mazda 6 from these guys and I highly recommend them. All of the staff are very polite and courteous and my salesman Ian Wray was very patient with my requests and knew the cars like a the back of his hand. He also went out off his way to help me do a deal. I’ve never seen any dealership like this one.
They serviced my 323 Astina efficiently and maintained clear and constant communication. They were able to find the source of my issues based on my brief description. I highly recommend them.
Still waiting to recive quote I was told it vill be in my gmail on monday. It is thursday today. Not very professional ! Dont prommis if You wont do it !
Three sales consultants to try and sell a car, not a good way to make customers feel welcome and at ease. Backoff and let customers relax.
