Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I booked in for a 45 minute express service at 7.45am, when arriving the service advisor Barb told me it was not going to be looked at till 12.30 even though I had booked it for 7.45 which is first appointment off the day and was sent several messages/emails stating it was going to be a express service. I am so disappointed with the service that was provided and how Barb went about it. It is quite disappointing as I just bought a brand new car from Hyundai.
Dom Leo, Andrea Hannon, Joe Presilski and the team at Blood Hyundai Geelong were absolutely outstanding to deal with. I had an amazing experience with them right from the beginning all the way through to picking up my car, where they even had it all wrapped up with a big red bow on it! Wow! Excellent customer service. The sales team were helpful and really listened to what we wanted. There was minimal pressure and they gave us space to make a decision. Special mention to David MacDonnell who is a very talented salesperson and to Joey who put a great part exchange deal together for us. We would definitely recommend.

Blood Hyundai have been excellent in all of my dealings with them from purchasing to the 2 services I have had so far. A couple of little issues were quickly fixed and the car has been cleaned inside and out after servicing.
