only once, out of the 5 times dealing with the service department have I received decent customer service (from a guy in his mid 30s) every other time it has been some smug little prick lucky to be 25, that really doesnt have a clue, making you feel like any inquiry is a waste of his time and energy. That and the rude office ladies clicking their fingers and whistling trying to get the attention of the person serving me. Ive have since found it much easier contacting dealerships in Vic and NSW for sourcing genuine parts and service info over dealing with these assclowns
Good car, terrible service department! Was charged for service not performed, even though it was refunded to me, never have they once apologized. Service manager even distract me from the issue at by showing me my tyres. Didnt want to say more as service manager is clearly uninterested and unapologetic. They have betrayed my trust in them and subsequently lost a customer of 3 years. Never again.
I recently brought my 6th car from Neil Buckby Motors, a pre-owned Renault Koleos. Scott Ryan was fantastic not only with his help finding the right car but after sales (including helping me get my phone working), it was beyond what was expected. The car itself is great and the customer experience, 5 star as normal. Well done again Buckby team!
Agree with other reviews.... Great service when purchasing car, terrible service from service department. This starts at the top with the service manager, a rude, rude pig. We have bought multiple cars over a long period and it is always the same. No more, they have lost us as customers due to the service department.

Bought a cheap car 2 1/2 years ago, Had a leaking head from the start and there so called Mechanic did not pick up on this, and when they found out the boss gave me a bottle of stop leak. A local Family Run Business they say......
Purchased a used vehicle from the Margaret St yard. Highly recommend Todd Streets if youre looking at a vehicle, I left something in a compartment I forgot to check in the traded vehicle and they phoned to return it.
I purchased a car from Michael Warren and he gave great service throughout the process of ordering the car, delivery and after sales service. I recommend Michael and Neil Buckbys.
Staff were friendly and very easy to deal with. They showed me everything I need to know about my new car and I received an excellent deal. Very happy.
Ive never been involved with a purchase, however have never had an issue with the servicing, who always do a great job, even at short notice.
If you really want to pay $730 for a basic grease, oil and filter change - go for it. I dont know how these guys sleep at night!
Nothing is too much trouble for the service staff at Buckbys. I cant recommend them enough.
