I saw a car online and sent an enquiry and set up a test drive. Never received a call back. I rang the dealership and said I specifically wanted to take that car for a test. When I got to the dealership the car was not available and was being used as a run around car by the dealership managements wife. Even after promising it would be ready for a test drive, it wasnt there when I arrived so I took a similar one for a a test and was told when I got back the car I was interested in would be back so I could have a look. When I returned the car was still with the managers wife and would not be returning that day. The sales assistant then had the audacity to ask if I could come in another to check the car out. No, I had organised to drive a particular car which was advertised online and you gave me he run around. I was looking to buy yesterday and you (Honda) made a mistake. I went straight to another dealership and bought a car yesterday. Every person I know will know about this
What ever happened to customer service, after not valuing our trade in we were not even offered any other deal, couldnt even get a test drive, treated like a leper, and we had the money to purchase anyway.
