Waited at least 20 minutes for the bus to collect us on arrival at the airport, standing out in the cold then waited at least another 20 minutes for tiger passengers to arrive (with the door open and the engine running and diesel fumes coming in the van) We would have been home by now if we had parked at the airport like we usually do. Will not be using this service again. The site says back to your car within minutes...it has been nearly an hour!
Its an okay service - transfer to the airport is quick and straight forward - if you are travelling with carry on, go for the long term airport parking (located at the airport)... its worth the extra few $ to not wait around for those with bags etc.
Itd a parking spot for your car, although undercover is optional. Its a good value proposition of youre out for a few days. Its too far to walk to the terminal so they will pick you up and drop you off when your flight lands.
No one came to meet us until airport security called. No one to answer the business line at night. Lost our booking then couldnt find our keys. It took an hour from arrival to getting our keys.
I find the Airport Undercover Parking convenient and the price of park is much cheaper that the other companies. I will always use this company when going away.
Close to the Hobart airport and the shuttle bus takes you to and from. Much cheaper than parking at the airport.
