I really wish i was able to give it zero stars. But had to give 1 star to review it. I took my car in for a air bag recall from the toyota company. My appointment was for 10:30 and was told it would be done within 2 hrs. But even when i came back after more than 5 hrs i had to wait 45 mins to finally get my car. Even when i got my car it had a airbag fault light on and i had to drive back to the service station from my home to get it fixe on the same day. I was told to get the car there in 10 mins or else make an appointment for another day. Air bag reacall not my fault but i complied by taking my car there then they change it and mess that up too. Worst experince of my life.

I have had the pleasure of purchasing a brand new Toyota Kluger Grande in 2011. It has served our family very well since then, thanks largely to the good after sales service at Bridge Toyota. Bridge Toyota I thank you for the enjoyable experience both my partner and I had purchasing our new cars. Being returning customers the team at bridge Toyota were Very welcoming and they go above and beond to make sure both the customer and themselfs are on the same page. No pressure like some car yards and they let you move at your own pace. I am very happy with the service throughout from looking at my new car to the day I drove it out the driveway. I would recommend anyone to anyone in the market for a new or used car.
I waited for 45 minutes before I was served. I ask if they can give me the better deal. The Bose lady came out and said she will give me the price if I am sure to buy. Which is complete embarrassment. I told I will wait for my wife to come and ask for the glass of water. It took them 15 minutes to provide the water. I felt like I am not important. I was planning to buy Toyota Land Cruiser Prado. I decided either to wait for CX 9 new Model or go to Katherine. Worst customer service I ever found in my life.
I dropped my car off for a factory recall service. My car was at least a few years out of warranty and I wasnt a paying customer due to the minor defect in my car, but I didnt feel like I was any less of a priority than the other customers. I was still able to get an appointment on the day I wanted, help myself to the free tea and coffee and sit in the comfortable lounge area, and access the free drop-off service if I needed it. The service was also completed well within the given time frame of 1 hour.
I just went to Toyota because of my dead battery. My car stopped in the middle of the road and i could manage to jump the battery until Toyota. I was served by Daniel Clee and I appreciate the service. Daniel helped me to get a free driver home to grab my wallet and the time to come back, my car was ready to go. Thats the only reason why I will not go to see dodgy mechanic autos : the service is outstanding in Toyota! Thank you very much
Had my LC200 serviced during our travels around Australia. Service and advice was outstanding. An absolute pleasure to deal with and the special parts order was dealt with professionally as well. Adam made us feel like long standing clients even though we were clearly only passing through. Highly recommended for anything Toyota!
Great customer service. Went to pick up my parents car that was getting serviced, walked through the door and someone walked straight over to greet me, helped me out within minutes and walked me all the way to our car. All the while with a friendly smile and polite small talk - makes all the difference! :)
Needed tp get my back tail ligth fixed. Was the o ly place which could help me in town with ordering it from Sydney- got there Wednesday and got it foxed on Friday- so quicl job for a good price! Nice cosrumer service and friendly staff.
The work shop looks neat and clean as does the office. But the service and communication from the staff is shockingly poor! Had high hopes for Bridge Toyota but was let down. Id only recommend this place if you had no other option.
Did Road Worthy inspection in ACT of my used car just bought from here. In the inspection told, rear wheels are illegal, so suggested to replace and ended up paying in total $424, for two wheels $285+allignment+Rego check.
Great service. Able to pick up and drop customers. Car serviced there for the first time. Suggested cleaning and staff explained that they wanted to offer the service and unfortunately not feasible due to time restraints.
serviced my corolla here today. they replaced the fuel suction plate cz of toyota recall and its free of charge. glad that i didnt go anywhere else.
Excellent customer and mechanical service. Was told the price and time frame before work began and was very impressed with the results.
Not so responsive to their potential customers, especially when you are entitled to get special concessions for their vehicles.
Spent 15 minutes on hold from the initial call connect voice prompts, trying to get to the Servicing Department, horrendous.
Really expensive and Ive twice been charged for repairs that were not fully completed. Ill avoid going to this place.
Very helpful and courteous, replaced the Takata airbag with a minimum of fuss.
