Today I was verbally abused by a young blonde lady driving around Moss Vales Mazdas company car after her incompetence in driving almost caused a collision. When calling to voice the issue to the company themselves the man I spoke to, Grant, responded with the fact it was not his issue and that he had no idea who is driving around in his cars. Moss Vale Mazda is a business with no competence, common decency nor respect for their customers.
I purchased a new BT50 in Febuary 2015. My experience with the sales person I dealt with was good. I cant say the same for their service section. I am still waiting to get a reply seven weeks after asking about a warranty problem. I keep getting told they will get back??? A bit concerned about a service I got on it re oil change, air cleaner They seem happy to sell you a car then dont care after that
