Disgrace. Customer service I received was belittling and extremely unprofessional!! After sending off copies of my ID, bank statements and single mother pension letters, I played phone tag for 2 days until I did my finance application. Although I live 4 hours away, I visit Coffs area regularly and was told I would get approved for a Hyundai Accent through their finance as I own my own home and that they would contact me the same day- if not, the next. I made the 4 hour trip down from QLD and patiently waited to be contacted. I was still waiting at 2pm Saturday. I attempted calling Bens mobile myself but there was no answer. I sent a text message at 5pm after no return call and there was not even a courtesy response of a text back. I also had previously sent my email address days earlier to be contacted on if it was easier- but none of those either. Monday afternoon and Zac from the office followed it up for me while I was still waiting on a reply to know what was happening. He passed onto me that I wasnt approved! I was never contacted to know any different-after waiting 3 days to hear from Ben. Frustrated, I travelled 4 hrs back home!! I finally had one missed call from Coffs Toyota on the Tuesday when I was already on my way back to Queensland. Not good enough! After arriving home, Zac was still going above and beyond for me and tried to broaden my options- suggesting finance on a used car rather than brand new. He enlightened me on an i20 they had there and would see what they could do for me to redeem being a happy customer. In return, he was told by the sales that I "dont like answering my phone" (what a joke!) and made out I was at fault. I am still yet to receive any email, text, further help or any professionalism in relation to buying a car. I find my experience degrading and an absolute waste of time. Thankyou Zac for going to such an effort! Shame other employees there got their work ethic from a cereal box!
A tardy operation salesman act like predators. On visit to show room at Coffs Harbour made inquiry about Prado. I was forced to show drivers license even though no test drive was required. Salesman proceeded to enter details of license into computer without my permission. Complained to manager (Mike) who appeared to condone this behaviour. Over all appearance of salesman needs a lot to be desired, company must not rewarding these people as the salesman shoes were falling apart. Whole organisation looked disorganised and disheveled , I would think twice about doing business with this crowd as you would have to wonder what after sales service you could expect. Keeping well away!!
My bofriend and I are renting a Toyota and after days of not being able to close the sunroof and it raining the past 24 hours we stopped in for help! I didnt get his name but the man who helped us was extremely kind and helped us close the sunroof even though that meant him getting fairly soaked in the rain! Thank you so much!
1st salesman made us feel stupid, then referred us to another who wasnt as hairy toity, but couldnt really help us due to limited range. Apart from in house finance theres really no reason you wouldnt just use a car sales type app.

Im from out of town and needed to get a service done. Great service and on time. Even gave me a cap so I could go for a walk and not get a BBQed head!
From Canberra. Visit Coffs Harbour regularly. Wanted to get a test drive. Told No. Was a shot at buying but now no chance at all.
Cancelled my rego check without warning or even the courtesy of a phone call. Wasted an hour of my day driving. Unacceptable.
Friendly staff, let me look on my own without the hard sell.
