Most obnoxious guy ever, took in a battery that was flattened by headlights left on. Would not take a charge and had a dead short 0 volts, took it in got a lecture. It flattened once again lights left on. Would not take a charge, or jump from a 600cca battery, again dead short. Made a video of the fluke meter showing continuity across the terminals disconnected from the car. Took it back in was refered to as a "so called expert" like every expert that comes in off the street and was told that its impossible. I asked for a replacement that I did get but was sworn at and made feel like I was the fool. I will never return. I do feel sorry for the bigger guy that is lovely and very professional.
Fantastic. I just did the rounds of battery shops trying to find the right battery for my Ducati. I had the best experience from the guys at Unique batteries in Queanbeyan. After visiting 2 other major battery shops in Fyshwick and one in Woden and getting the wrong information for my Ducati battery I finally got the answers that matched my handbook from these guys. I am very particular about my bikes and the right fit. They not only knew exactly what they were talking about they were a bit cheaper for a better product. Wont waste my time going anywhere else in the future.
Got a heavy duty battery for Ford 2012 XR6 NA,that was several years ago and battery is still going strong, not having owned a modern car with modern computers and electrics before i thought i would change myself, lucky the guys at Unique Batteries asked about how i would replace it,because i did not know you need to keep computer safe whilst you change a new car battery. they were happy to do it for me free of charge and i definitely recommend to others Unique Batteries.
