Do not buy a car from here! The whole process was very unprofessional and not efficient at all. The car sales man was offended that we had done our research on prices that he walked off on us, there were two colleagues arguing behind the counter whilst we waited over an hour for a price on the car to the point that one colleague left and went home, the car did not arrive at the discussed time and we were told that we must get a permit to go home - only to later find out that we didnt need one! Whilst the team did help us out with some extras on the car due to the extended time we had to wait, overall we found car sales members to be rude, unprofessional, lacking in customer service and not efficient at all. However- our experience with Thomas in finance was great- he had excellent customer service and was very efficient.
I had first service done on my new car Mitsubishi pajero, which was damaged during Service by their staff member. Its National capital motors in Belconnen. They promised to get it repaired and giving a courtesy car. However next day received an email instructing me to get a quote and inform them. I then asked them to get the quote and fix my car. Its been three days and they have done nothing , now left it for Monday, still not sure whether or not they are going to repair it or not , not sure if they are going to provide me with a courtesy car. I demanded to give a new car as its there fault and my car is just a month old but they refused. They are unprofessional and not helpful.
Awful experience, terrible customer service. Dont go here!!! I wanted to buy the Pajero Sport and as I would be spending close to 50k wanted to test drive it for a few hours and check out how are childrens car seats would fit and if the car would work for us. Was told I could only drive the car for 15 - 20 minutes no exceptions. Ill buy on Monday from a NSW dealer. Cant wait to share my story on the work public folders and Facebook and Twitter. Told them I would buy a Toyota instead and they said good luck hope your happy with that choice.
Great friendly sales team, good advice and quick pop-in pop-out on service day. These guys are efficient and know exactly what they are doing. They did forget the window tinting as I requested it on its first service rather than on purchase. But this was very quickly resolved (the next day)
Called to book service, lady said service person would call back and no one did. Followed up for 3 days, still no response. Called the woden guys and they called back within an hour. Its been almost 2 wks and still havent heard back. Will never use again!
I recently bought an ex demo Mitsubishi Outlander. Assistant Sales Manager, Shaurya, was both informative, helpful and efficient as we went through the process of buying a new family car. I would highly recommend buying a car through this dealership.
Unimpressed. Came in for an airbag replacement, but they just tossed the accessories in the back rather than putting them back on the dash. More than that, just uncourteous.
bit disappointing. I wanted to look at the lancers but only had a suped up version. The salesman knew less about Lancers than I did
Sorted out an airbag recall quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service
