The worst ever dealership. Avoid at all costs !!!! Bought a Nissan X-Trail (Ti) model from Lennock Canberra in Phillip and they delivered an Nissan X-Trail (TS) model. When I complained, they changed the badge on the car from TS to Ti but the workmanship was so bad, the paint got chipped off from the place where they changed the badge. When I complained again, they tried to fix it by painting the area but again the work was incredibly bad and they could not color match properly. and the painted area looks different to the rest of the car. Now I am stuck with a brand new car with a visible issue at the back door of the car and I am told that nothing can be done about it (they said the whole back door can be repainted but there is a good chance that the color does not 100% match the rest of the car).
George, Derek and Billy made it so easy and seemless to trade in my my well travelled Hyundai and buy my new Nissan Qashqai - which as a Mother of three, school runs, shopping etc I couldnt be happier with!! I had bad experiences in the past with Car Dealers pre children when I felt like I was being spoken to like a fool by car salesmen but this team treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism every step of the way. As a Woman and working Mother of 3, I could not recommend this team highly enough!!
Absolutely woeful. Had an issue which the dealership should have chased up with volkswagon australia. The service manager told me he did, without success (which im pretty certain he never tried). I then called volkswagon australia and was able to promptly resolve the issue and receive compensation. Lenock never returned my calls and showed no interest in representing me as a customer in the matter. Never again!
I cant stress how much to avoid this dealer. Reneged on fixed price service, constantly looking to add uneccessary costs to service schedule, and failing to register my extended warranty with Volkswagen assist- diid they just pocket the money? At the very least simply poor customer service.
On the whole, an all star team extending into numerous dealerships. Outstanding customer service and a great group of true professionals ready to go the extra mile. Having had the pleasure of doing business with them on a number of occasion, I can not recommend them highly enough.
10 out of 10 to the Hyundai team. They did a good deal on the car, and the finance on the car. Very happy with the delivery of the vehicle as well, and made my wife and i feel very special.
