Very poor service to customers. I bought a car there as a first-time buyer. Contract details were not fully explained in an understandable manner. I found out a little later that much needed additional information was being kept oblivious, and that some things I was expecting to be taken care of by these guys were not even handled at all. When I also collected my car, it had a tyre which had cuts on the sides. It also had a dent on the side, and to top that, it wasnt even cleaned, which is extremely surprising and disgusting considering the amount of time they had to prepare the car for me...several weeks. I went back to enquire about all this and the way I was brushed off was quite rude and appalling. During my enquiry with Vickie, one of the staff came up to her saying, "We have customers." Vickie moved out to meet the other people. So am I not a customer as well? When you come to consider all of this it feels as if they are more concerned about quickly getting rid of a car that they are selling rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. I found that a few of the staff do not treat customers respectfully. I am extremely disappointed in how Vickie and Carrie handled my experience at Lennock. And even more disappointed at the condition of the car at handover. Although I was really looking forward to the car that I purchased, this experience at this particular dealership left a really bad taste. When youre a buyer, you dont want to leave feeling as if youve been tricked in a deal. In my opinion, this dealership is not a really good place to buy a car. A customers good experience means everything. Thus, I highly recommend looking elsewhere, far from Lennock.

The service department at Lennock is incompetent and dishonest. Our under warranty i30 has been in four times to have the cruise control fixed. They kept the car overnight last night and just informed us that it will need to spend another night in their "care". They have come up with a new excuse each time weve taken it in. In 50 years of car ownership this is by far the worst service Ive ever received from a car dealer. If they dont know how to fix the fault why cant they just tell me so I can take the car to someone who knows how to do their job. FFS.
I had the BEST service from Michael the Service Manager, Michael went above and beyond to help me with my power steering fluid, which in the end i didnt need and he advised what i should do to work out what the noise was and where it was coming from. I honestly was blow away, i havent had such amazing customer service from any retail shop in many many years. So Thank you so much Michael, you made my day and restored my faith back in Hyundai since the Belconnen branch are ridiculously hard to deal with, not helpful and bluntly RUDE.
Big rip off. Had a problem with my air conditioning it wasnt working well i told the desk clerk i thought it needed regasing. They said that it was my pollen filter and changed it.....it wasnt. Then they said it was a fuse and changed it.... it wasnt. They then told me it was my compressor and it would cost $2500 to fix. I got a second opinion. The system needed regasing and now works like new. They dont know what they are doing and will charge a premium to do nothing. Do not trust them.
After having a horrible experience at another brand while looking for a small car, I was super relieved and happy with the awesome service I received from Lennock Hyundai. After hearing of my horrible experience the team went above and beyond to get me rolling in a new car asap! Every aspect from being picked up from my work for a test drive, to organising finance, to choosing my perfect colour and accessories to my first service was exceptional customer service. Thanks to all the team!
Recently purchased a VW Passat from this dealer, and found the staff to be attentive and very helpful, particularly Shehzad. Second hand dealers often get a bad rap, but these guys did everything asked of them prior to delivery and assured me that if any issues arose during the warranty period (3 months), it would be taken care of immediately. Would feel confident going back to purchase another car.
I was quoted a price for the Hyundai i30 that was inexplicably dearer than another Canberra dealerships price for the exact same car (just use the driveaway calculator on the Hyundai website). Because I live closeby I thought I would investigate and was greeted with arrogance and a feeble attempt at smooth talking. I took my business elsewhere and saved several thousand dollars in the process.
The most disgusting phone manner I have ever heard. This is the second time I have called to get some advice and the lady on the phone talked to me like I was 5. I would suggest you hire someone else to answer phones in the Service department as you have just lost a customer. This isnt the first time I have heard of people not wanting to deal with your "So called Service " Department.
The staff were super friendly and had my car ready to pick up from its service sooner than I had requested. The price was reasonable for dealership service pricing. They even had it washed for me, which Ive never had before when getting my cars serviced at a mechanics. All round happy with the Hyundai service.

From the Sales Team through to the Service Team, you have restored my faith that good, old fashioned customer service still exists. Fantastic service, very professional. Had my car in and out with all my concerns rectified within a short time. Was able to wait for my car as i come from out of town and they even cleaned it and advised on things that needed future attention. I left feeling assured my car was safe, very happy.
Clinton, John, Vicki, Joan, and the rest of the team are fantastic. They helped me discover that the Reinvented i30 SR was the best choice for my wants and needs from a vehicle and made the entire process pain free. I definitely recommend this team.
The service I received when I bought the car was great. I accidentally walked in on the wrong day to get my car serviced, even parking in the wrong area, but they happily took my car and got it done! Awesome customer service.
Our i-loads are serviced here. Mick the manager looked after us on a warranty problem we had last week and I have to say we were pretty happy with how the problem was dealt with and how quickly it was resolved. Thank you.
Very delightful staff, was not booked it but come in to ask for help with my bluetooth. the team went out of their way to help me and were very poite in demonstrating the features of my vehicle.
The service I received from the staff at Lennock Motors in Woden was exceptional!!! They were really helpful in every aspect of my purchase. I bought a Hyundai Accent Sport which I love.
Twas great taking my car in and being dropped off and collected in their courtesy van on time. Got my car serviced, cleaned and ready for collection at the time promised.
