I went to McGrath Ford Woden to purchase a used vehicle and within two minutes I was approached by salesman peter smith he said good morning sir can I help you with anything I said I would like to purchase this vehicle he said fantastic please take it for a test drive sir I said yes I would thank you he then got the car out for me already to go went for my test drive and when I got back Peter Smith salesman asked me how did the test drive go I said very well Id like buy the vehicle he said come with me sir and well work out a great deal and he did so I am very happy with Peter Smith salesman and he also said so anytime you need anything please come back or call me anytime be happy to help. thank you McGrath Ford Woden. I just need to add 5 days in having my car the battery went flat I called john McGrath Ford Woden and said my car wont start the battery is flat the manager said we dont usually Cover the battery but you had the car 5 days he said if I brought car and 5 days later I would like a new battery so he said I will be more then happy to pay for a new battery please take the car to the local ford where you are at right now so I had it Jump started and went to Mcallister Ford in young they where more than happy to put a new battery in and bill John Mcgrath Ford Woden so thank you once again John Mcgrath Ford Woden.
I had purchased a used car from JMF around a year ago with 5 years warranty, however about 3-4 months into having the vehicle I noticed that the boot was leaking water. Mentioned this to the team and said that I needed boot plugs to stop it, not a problem at all, few months further down the track the AC stopped working, not a problem, asked them to order the parts and they said that they would call me back 8 weeks later, no call, and received letters that my service was overdue Decided to book it in 2 weeks ago I asked about the boot and AC and they said that it was no longer covered under warranty due to me missing the appointment, plus it was never covered anyway I was awaiting for them to call and not to mention that I told them to order the parts prior to this service and to top it off, the parts they got were the wrong ones! Picked up my car and said that they would call me back. Two weeks later no call…. never going back there even If it voids the warranty.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Manager was very rude to us and young salesman had no idea about any of the models. When we told them their finance options werent as competitive as others the manager became aggressive and even more rude. What should have been an exciting experience trying to buy a new car left us feeling exhausted. They were very dismissive and wouldnt elaborate on any of our questions. This experience has put us off of buying a Ford - if buying a new car is this awful what would the services and support be like? Avoid Woden Ford at all costs.
Run a mile away! Dont make the same mistake i did. They are friendly until you give them your money. After you buy the car thats when it all goes downhill, if something goes wrong with your brand new car they dont honor their 7 year warranty. They look at excuses to blame you. I would have been better off buying a old car without being in debt. Avoid the servicing department, they dont check the cars properly. The manager is rude and dishonest. 0 star if i could.
Customer Service phillip very poor. Wouldnt recommend Pete the salesman has no time for customers. Just wanted some basic info re new focus rs and was met with we dont have any until 2018 - full stop. Left me feeling that the salesman was thinking - Why am i speaking with this person i cant get any money out of him? The expectation for customer service when consumers buy their lunch is quite high for a 10.00 sale. How much is a new car these days?
Worst car dealer ever, although they have good cars. I spoke to an employee on the phone and we agreed on a price, but when i walked in and wanted to purchase he siply told me he changed his mind about the price!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ohhh and by far worst customer service and rude sales staff i met in canberaa since i moved here
Couldnt give it half a star, Looking to buy a 4wd , ( around $35k )had the salesman come over for a chat, so I asked the difference between std & heavy duty tow package and he replied ones std and ones heavy duty - smart ass who didnt know his product. Politer service down the road.
This dealership gets a bad rep around town but I have to say my experience was great (with the service side). My Falcon was serviced on time, at the quoted price, all the required work was done, and the team was very helpful and professional.
Used car salesman talking over me while I ask questions. New car salesman dismissive and completely uninterested in selling a vehicle. This is my second experience like this in the only two times Ive come here.
Had no experience buying a car here but we cant help giving 5-star to Paul-the new service manager for assisting us with our faulty Ford car bought from Sydney. He is super helpful and pleasant to deal with (y)
